This is the first Bose product I have ever owned and it is amazing. I can't believe how great the sound quality and volume is. I have a decent sized living room and this bar fills every square foot of it.

I actually own a JBL Xtreme speaker, but since it doesn't have the large JBL logo on the front, I forgot it was a JBL product. The Xtreme's audio quality is terrible; weak, flat bass and muffled treble/highs, etc. So I was looking to upgrade and having read the reviews for the Flip 6, I was sold.So when the Flip 6 arrived today, I opened the box and saw the speaker was almost identical to the Xtreme, buttons and all, and realized the crappy Xtreme was also a JBL speaker. My heart sank. The Flip 6 was tiny compared to its Xtreme big brother - maybe about 1/3rd the size. I immediately thought maybe I'd ordered the wrong model. An even smaller JBL speaker meant it was going to be bad quality and less sound.I resigned myself to having to ship it back and was getting ready to pack it up but decided to give it a listen just the hell of it. So I paired it with my iPhone, loaded up my music playlist and hit play.My eyes opened wide and eyebrows almost went to the top of my head in astonishment as this deep, clean, resonant bass burst out of the speaker, loud and round, filling up the whole room. Then the crisp clean midrange and highs of the vocals came through and it was absolutely rapturous. I leaned back in disbelief that so much sound could be projected from such a tiny thing.I had the Xtreme speaker sitting right next to the Flip for comparison and, when I switched back and forth between them and played the same song, the difference was night and day.The Flip 6 is Mighty Mouse; a superhero powerhouse of audio quality and volume in a tiny case.10/10 recommend.

Used it right out of the box and it was amazing! Great picture and easy to use.
