Sound is fantastic. They are vastly superior to regular in ear headphones. They are very comfortable. They are smaller than you'd think. I do have a very large head and they fit very well on me.

This is great, unlike a regular harmony remote it never misses turning on or off my devices and the Echo support is great.

Good sound options. Does not get super loud though!

UPDATED: The below review signaled a response from Erin at Otium Direct and not only did they agree to send me a new pair of headphones, but because I'm moving soon, they express shipped them to get here before my address change! Great service turned this 2 star to a 5 star!OP: The right headphone just quit one day. I rely on these everyday and am disappointed I'll have to order a new pair from someone else.

I'm a letter carrier. Nice to have it in the rotation. Answers calls from management with a tap. Pause music with a tap to listen to a customer.
