These speakers work in the everyday person use but if you wanta really good sounding speaker system this is not what you would want to have.They look nice and look to be well made and light weight.

The LED light displays red when charging and green when fully charged or no-load.

It does not have a battery, so it will not charge. It charges batteries of other devices (batteries) or other batteries. For example, you use it to charge a battery pack during the day. When the sun goes down you connect the battery it charged to charge something, like a cell phone, to charge it up. You can also charge a phone (battery) with it while it is in the sunlight.

Hen you have to enable camera through setup in windows.

Is there a red filter lens accessory that is compatible with the case for scuba?
A
I believe this camera includes an option in the camera settings for the red filter used for underwater. I don't believe the external filter would be needed if this is turned on.
