This is a great 4k camera
I was really impressed with this camera it's 4K it does slow motion you can adjust almost every setting in it for photography or video and it's also Wi-Fi attachable to an app in your phone so you have total control over the camera from your phone. The picture is awesome and for the money you can't beat it and I couldn't believe the amount of accessories that it came with.

Is this a smart charger that stops charging once the battery is full?

Yes, it charges them quickly and then the light for that slot turns green. To me, that's an indication that it's going to lose power because the battery isn't hot the next day. (No, they don't need to be charged overnight, they're fast.)

To avoid battery damage, what are the correct home and car charger adapters for this particular product?
A
Simply connect any 5V 2.1A Max output power source via the Micro-USB cable to safely charge the battery in the included charger. The connected power source can be a mobile phone adapter, a car charger, or a power bank, etc.But please do not directly connect the charger with power supply higher than 5V 2.5A.

Yes, you need a smart phone. But I found that the fitness tracker directions are not well written. We were ready to return it but finally found someone who had used one before and was able to help me.
