I really liked this filter. I got this filter with the intention of the Solar eclipse that just occured. I am very happy that I got it and will be using again.

Excellent Product But Don't Forget to Peel Off the

I'm using this filter for my microscope. Happily, it's much thicker than I expected. Very durable. It wasn't easy to cut a circle with a compass circle cutter, so I finally resorted to scissors to finish the job.In view of all the negative comments, I'm wondering if the people who made those comments were aware that this sheet of polarizing film comes with a protective sheet of film on it, which has to be peeled off. The sheet I received came perfectly clear without a mark on it. During the handling of this sheet, many hairline scratches and marks appeared on the sheet, but these were actually on the protective film. Once peeled off, the polarizer sheet was shown to be in perfect condition.It works as advertised. Rotating one piece of this polarizing filter in front of another piece, does indeed vary the light that gets through, from allowing the maximum amount of light, to total blackout. I was very satisfied. An excellent product

Useful for Kodak 5120

Purchased for a slip-on cap for Kodak Z5120 to add a filter for the eclipse. I have sheet of filter stock and will make a hole in the cp and glue in filter. Cap fits lense perfectly.

This telescope has great viewing capabilities, but i wish i could find the solar filter that goes with it.

If you are unsure of getting into the hobby, this is the perfect fit,I also got a solar filter and the astro master eyepiece kit! I had to buy another tripod, this one is too short for me.

Wanting a screen that either clips onto a clothesline or hangs from hooks between two trees ... is this screen a good option or should I buy a sheet?

This screen is a sheet- made of fabric. It has built in holes on the top and sides to secure to something... my plan is to use hanging plant hooks under my deck and hang in on the patio space. A clothesline would work but if windy might need to secure the sides or bottom too...

I want to place our new ptzoptics 20x ndi camera on a tripod. it weighs about 4 lbs. it has a female thread in the bottom plate .will this work?

I did not see anything in the spec. sheet for this camera about mounting it on a tripod but if the hole is 1/4" you can attach it to this tripod but if it has the larger hole you would have to get an adapter. According to the 2018 spec. sheet, this camera weight is 3.10 lbs. so this tripod should work. I hope this helps.
