This thing screwed on perfectly to the Sony 35mm 1.8. No complaints. Also have this on my 50mm 1.8L Canon.

Definite improvement and worth it for me to upgrade my 50mm 1.8 II (aka plastic fantastic). You can search on youtube and get all sorts of reviews for this lens that will talk about construction, bokeh, focus speed, image quality, etc. The one thing they do not discuss and the one thing my old Canon 50 1.8 struggled with was focus accuracy. I'm talking about missed focus. I've been using the old version on my T4i for many uses, one of which is a portrait lens. I had many out-of-focus pictures. Understanding large apertures are more challenging to focus with such a narrow depth-of-field and these lenses are a bit soft wide open, but the OLD lens was clearly focussing in front or behind where it should have on about 40% of the shots taken. I am glad to find that the new lens does not suffer from this problem. Repeated shots with the new one are spot on. Combined with the other improvements (albeit minor) and the cost being what it is, It's worth upgrading from the old one and certainly worth it if you don't have a prime 50 in your bag.

I really like this EF 50 mm f/1.8 STM Normal Lens. Its excellent really. Great product by Canon. It focuses well, colour is really good, captures darker scenes very well. Very versatile lens by Canon. The price was great for this lens too. Picture quality is excellent . Its a must have lens .

I use the jeadphones for business amd personal use. I read several bose vs sony reviews anf many bose and sony reviews on Amazon and tried both at best buy. Bose has mucj better voice quality on a call. Sony has better bass but bose has better tonal clarity.Noise cancelling is about the same Sony is $50 cheaper but $50 didnt factor into the equation on somethibg i expect to have for 3-5 years.I dont want my voice to be anything less than crystal clear when on the phone no matter what so the the decision was easy. - boseThe headphones have a sophisticated micriohone array and circuitry thst filter out wind / other noise so the person in the other end hears you like you were in a quiet room.Swiping in the side of the headphone for volume up / down. Forward / backward etc. Wirk good.As many have said the app is klunky but you really only use it whwn settibg up the headpho es first time or when you change the power down timer valie.I love the headphones.calls and to block out noise so i can concentrate better.

This lens feels more like a toy than a piece of optics. It utilizes plastic construction right down to the lens mount (the lenses are glass of course). This light material combined with the small size (2.7" x 1.6"/68.2mm x 41.0mm - WxL) puts this lens in the featherweight class - 4.6 oz (130g). The 50 f/1.8 is currently Canon's lightest. It was also Canon's shortest EOS-mount lens until the Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Lens was introduced. The Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Lens delivers very sharp images as inexpensively as Canon lenses get.The 50 f/1./8 bears a plastic lens mount. Considering how light the 50 f/1.8 II lens is, the plastic lens mount seems adequate from a strength perspective. You might get more wear than you wish if you are changing the lens frequently.Autofocus is driven by a micro motor. Focus speed is not stellar, but fine in good light with subjects that are not moving too quickly. The 50 f/1.8 II is one of Canon's louder/buzzier lenses - you know when it is focusing. But this is not a wildlife lens - and the noise probably won't bother most people. I suppose a positive aspect of the sound is that you know when it is working - and when it is finished working - when focus is locked. FTM (Full Time Manual) focusing is not included. The 50 f/1.8 extends up to 5/16" during focusing - the very small 52mm filter does not rotate.All in all, I truly enjoy using this lens for my B-roll for my Youtube channel and the webpage. As well as having those awesome blur shot background. i highly recommend purchase this lens cause its inexpensive and a good lens to have around because of its size and the picture quality.

Amazing little Lens again. I owned the original version of the 50 1.8 and it was a great buy for the money. This one is amazing. Great image quality and finally a decent little build with smooth focus ring. There is no lens in the world under $200 that compares. That's the truth.

you get what you paid for. It's not a product like B&W.Wonderful for sony zeiss 55 1.8. I touched the glassed in the lens and made some scratch and then decide to get this one. This filter can really protect the lens from unintentional touch.
