I hadn’t played whack-a-mole since I was a kid, but the buck had sucked me into the game and I had the best cellular trail camera to thank. I’d be at the office working, my phone would ping and a pic of the whitetail buck walking past one of my stands would appear. So, the next day I’d pile into that stand and ping! I’d get a trail cam pic of the buck trotting past a different setup. And so it went for two weeks—the buck popping up on one camera, me chasing and failing to catch up with the wide-racked giant. While I didn’t tag that buck my neighbor did, thanks largely to the wealth of information from the deer camera that I was able to share about the when and where of the buck’s location. I can honestly say it was more fun than I’d had in the deer woods in a while, and wireless trail cameras made it all possible. This Cellular Trail Camera might not be the cheapest cellular trail cam around, but I think the WingHome is an all-rounder that gets everything right. Image quality is good across the whole spectrum of lighting conditions, and since this isn’t a photo-only trail camera it can also take video clips. Compared to non-cellular trail cams, cellular ones tend to have reduced video quality because big video files simply can’t be transferred over 4G. However, this camera comfortably manages up to 1080p full HD video. Its industry-leading 0.4-second trigger speed and Hybrid Illumination Technology flash system which reduces infrared flash to no-glow are two standout features that give hunters a small but significant edge. The lightning-fast trigger speed especially could be the difference between a glimpse of a buck and a completely empty shot. This camera runs on 4G technology and delivers clear 24-megapixel images and high definition 1080p video. It has an invisible flash and can detect movement up to 20 feet away. The camera’s rugged housing will withstand just about anything that nature might throw at it. This is useful of course for a trail camera, especially one that’s set up in rural areas that might be at the full mercy of the elements or game. Our only complaint is the extreme sensitivity of the unit can cause it to send a lot of blank pictures until you have it set up correctly. These blank pictures can use up quite a bit of data while you’re fine-tuning the focus, and it will continue to send blank images from time to time.Overall, it’s hard to find many faults with this camera which excels across multiple aspects.

Q
Can these batteries be charged in the sony a6000 itself as well?
A
Yes, this is a brand new decoded battery. The battery is suitable for charging on the original camera.
Q
will my Canon lens work with my Sony a5100 with this adapter?
A
Don’t forget that it’s a manual lens adapter. Works with full manual lenses. If your lens has no physical aperture ring, you cannot control it from your camera.
Q
I have a Ann older canon fd 50mm 1.8 and a Sony a6000. Is this meant for that?
A
Yes the FD-NEX adapter is what you need. I also have a a6000 and a Canon FD 50mm , 28mm, and a 300mm and they all work well with this adapter.
Q
Will this adapter work on sony a6000? Sorry, i'm new to Sony mounts and i don't know which of the listed mounts it has if any.
A
Yes. I bought this to mount my Canon 50mm FD to my Sony a6000. It works awesome!
Q
Will this work with a sony a6000?
A
You're welcome... I like to use a rocket blower along side of the kit. And clean it in the bathroom. Why? Run a hot shower for a few moments before. It becomes the best clean room you'll get.
