Got my Secondipity refurbished a6000 with 18-55mm and 55-210mm lens today.Brown box (no OEM packaging or paperwork), 90 day refurb warranty through secondipity's parent company, body was in excellent condition, 18-55 had a minor cosmetic ding, 55-210 is excellent. Both lens hoods and caps included, as well as body and rear caps. Also included is a sony camera bag (just the right size for this combo), sony battery, charger, usb cable and strap, and sony 32G SD card.4 stars because it's only a 90 day warranty instead of the 1 year you'd get with a new US market model.Otherwise, it's a perfect sony a6000. The grip is a bit small, the EVF is excellent, and the autofocus is FAST. And even better, it works amazing with your vintage lenses with the right adapters. (I use manual focus nikon F, minolta MD, and Pentax K lenses primarily - the sony lenses are for special occasions...)I was a bit sceptical, but research indicates that Sony no longer resells refurbs direct, they only sell them through partners. So while nothing is labeled "Refurbished by Sony" this is as close as you get.So far happy (day 2).

This boundle is a good deal. This is my first serious camera and I debated whether to get this boundle (refurbished, with 2 lens ) or get just one lens with a brand new camera body. And I'm so glad that I chose this one! The 200mm lens adds a lot of fun.One thing to mention to novices like me is that the 18-55mm lens in this boundle is not the motorized one that is sold together with brand new a6000 from Sony. And thus most cases for Sony a6000 won't fit, as they are designed for the motorized lens.

I absolutely LOVE this bag. It's much larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I use it for my Sony A6000 mirrorless camera and all of it's accessories. Recently wore this bag all day on a family trip to Disneyland and it was fantastic. So easy to keep on my back when not in use, but easily slide it under my arm and around front to pull out the camera quickly when a photo opportunity presented itself. The bag has a side pocket that unzips from the bottom of the bag and a strap to hold a tripod on the side. You strap the tripod on and slide one of the legs of the tripod into the pocket at the bottom to keep it from sliding out. There is also a waist strap to secure the sling bag and prevent it from sliding around if preferred.This is what I currently have in this bag:- Sony A6000 with a Zeiss 24/1.8 attached- Sony 16-50 kit lens in an Altura soft lens case- Sony 55-210 kit lens- Fotasy 35/1.7 with attached adapter- Sony ECM-XYST1M external stereo microphone- Marumi 49mm filter & step-down adapter- Altura complete camera cleaning kit- Two flash bounce cards- Two extra batteries- Charging cordOne last thing, they were out of stock when I needed one, so I ended up ordering a used one from Amazon's Warehouse Deals. I do not use these for the UV filter but as a good quality, low cost lens protector. That said:My 1st Tiffen was a 55mm UV Protector I got for the kit lens that came with a Sony a7ii; an FE 28-70. I was so happy with the purchase that I have since purchased three additional Tiffen UV Protection Filters. One is on a Sony E 55-210 I bought used and one is on a Samyang 35mm I bought new. The one I am writing this review for I assume is still on the Sony FE 50mm I bought new but returned and forgot to remove the filter.The point? I treat my lenses, new or used, like I treat a cell phone. That being the phone stays in the box until I have a protective case for them and lenses stay in the box until I have a protective filter to pair them with. And the one I forgot to remove from the returned lens? That is how confident in the Tiffen filters I am. Once I put one on a lens, I never need to think about it again.I have used several brands in several sizes ranging from the cheaper Altura and Polaroid to the mid range Hoya and B & W.Where does Tiffen fit? Well they are no Hoya or B & W but I am no professional photographer. I am an amateur who mostly enjoys street photography when I travel and for my money Tiffen is the best. Yes, you can spend more and get better glass and if you really have reason to worry about ghosting you should look for a higher end lens. That isn't me saying ghosting has been a problem for me. I normally use a lens hood and I think that helps cut down on light reflection. I have noticed some minor issues with it on some shots I have taken in direct bright light conditions but not enough to justify the higher price.I do not stack filters as I haven't had a need to so I can not give an opinion on that topic. I would assume that the risk of ghosting would increase.The short version is this. The Tiffen UV Protection Filter is well made with good quality glass and a metal ring with threading I do not worry will cross thread or strip. They do what I need by protecting my lens. If I was buying a ND or polarizers I might buy a more costly brand but for everyday protection, Tiffen is all I need and the best for my money.Tiffen say it best in their own product description; A small price to pay to protect your investment.

I got these for use with the kit Sony A6000 lenses, and they have worked perfectly. The adhesive has held up wonderfully and the string is long enough for use even on the lenses with lens hoods. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is concerned about protecting their lenses, as these keep the caps close and handy at all times.

Did not fit Sony A6000 even though it is listed as being compatible.

Everyone will tell you that after your kit lens this needs to be your first lens. This is true, but even as an experienced photographer I am always happy to get the latest iteration of this lens. Fortunately, this is the best version of the lens today. Build quality, design, and optics are all top notch. I'm aware of the prices on the 1.4 and the 1.2 but the outstanding value of this lens balanced with the overall quality is what keeps me coming back. Also, the weight of this lens is another plus. I've recently switched to the Sony and Fuji ecosystem, but I am keeping this glass and adapting it to those bodies. While I love the features of my Sony camera body I still do think that Canon has some of the best glass available and this 50mm is right up there with the best of them. You won't find one bad thing about this lens if you ask me. I plan on keeping it forever.
