I needed to but an HDMI cord and HDMI splitter because I had a cable box and a blu ray player alreadyattached the TV. I also wanted to use the TV remote to control the system. It was a little more complicated than I thought. The sound is great.i

Allowed me to send video signal from my Blu Ray player (HDMI) to an older projector with a VGA input. Quality of picture was excellent and I didn't even have to use the included power cord.

Works great. Perfect size to leave in my portable blu ray player, while storing it in my backpack

Does not work in some Sony USB enabled Blu Ray/DVD Players... but... It does work very well in some others, including my PC & Flatscreen!

I liked being able to use my tv for karaoke, almost a simple set-up except for the fact that I can’t connect my blu ray surround sound player to tv and use both at the same time for the audio, I had to disconnect it from the device to get audio from my blu ray player and plug it in when I need to use just the blu ray player so, it’s great other than that the hdmi input on the device doesn’t work automatically.

Sounds great but has one fatal flaw.The remote will control a tv and dvd/blu ray player too. But has no eject button. Oops How did this get passed them? If you buy this keep your Bluray remote handy.

Worked fine on my older projector with a hdmi to my new blu ray player.

We bought this for outdoor movie nights and connected it to a Blu Ray player via HDMI. I will say that the picture quality is far better than I could have expected. I didn't try connecting with Bluetooth yet but I wired it directly to a large party/karaoke speaker we have and let me tell you, it's a great experience on a nice night. The most amount of work involves getting the picture centered on a screen, which you have to do with any projector. Highly recommended!
