We use the Duet in our baby's room to help filter out ambient noise, and it works perfectly. Now when the neighbor's yappy little dog starts barking in the middle of the night we don't all flinch waiting for the sound of the baby crying!The reason I'm taking the time to write a review, however, is because of the truly exceptional customer service we've received from the company. Over the weekend the unit stopped working - not sure exactly why, but guessing it may have been due to a power failure or something. I phoned the manufacturer directly, and immediately spoke with a live, friendly, and helpful customer service person (Ira). Honestly, I think that call may have been the single best customer service experience I've ever had! (Hence this review). He quickly found our name in the system, confirmed the address, and let me know another was already on it's way, postage paid, via 2-Day express. Only after that part did he mention how to return the existing unit, again postage paid. Just great, seriously - I just wish these people ran a bank or cell phone company!

This was purchased for my son. He was asking for a small action camera for Christmas. I wasn’t comfortable buying a $300+ camera for a 9 year old. The Brave 4 was perfect. It’s a decent quality action camera at an affordable price. He loves it!

My son is loving this speaker!! He uses it in the shower, in his room, and at school during down time. He says the volume works great and the sound is good. He uses his every day. Just charges it at night.

For starters installation took some time due to that my old lock have different measurements so i needed to make close the old hole and make a new the instructions really helped specially the card that shows the measurements needed for the apps it was really easy to install and add key numbers also adding the RF card

Ich benötigte ein Headset für mekn Fahrrad. Ich wollte mich wieder etwas mehr bewegen und suchte ein bequemes uny günstiges Headset. Ich muss sagen, ich war sofort positiv überrascht. Gutes Case qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet u d für mich absolut top. Ich kann alles gut verstehen und werde auch verstanden. Die Handhabung ist einfach . ich kann das Headset empfehlen.

Lock got here in a timely manner. Out of the box it looks very intimidating but it was as simple as the picture / video showed. 10-15min tops. The app instructions are in a tiny print but with good reading glasses you will be fine. Their videos/ step by step picture guide on their website was EXTREMELY helpful! Everything works as described! I just wish the gateway came with the lock or if I could have used my current SmartThings gateway, It is an extra $39 for their gateway to do the fancy stuff like alexa! Last but not least It is a well made lock and a very Good looking lock! I’m using it on my master bedroom door! For the Price and all the features you can’t find anything better at the price! P.S. only time will tell how durable it is! I did buy the 4yr warranty just in case!

This camera is really good, I love the picture quality !!! I attached it to my sons remote control car and we had loads of fun taking some in my moment shots! Incredible! So happy I purchased it!
