I finally decided to make the leap to cellular game cameras. I was looking for something with long battery life and cellular capability. The Spypoint with the solar panel eliminated the need to be concerned with battery issues as it comes with Lithium battery and the need to constantly pull SD cards to view activity. Sure we had some issues with cell coverage, but we purchased some after market antennas and the problems was solved. We have purchased 4 of the SpyPoints and couldn't be more satisfied. I'll be interested to see how they will perform in the winter months.

The 32gb memory card this camera comes with is plenty enough for my 5 year old daughter to endlessly take photos. The games make for good entertainment while we're out and about. The memory card slot on the body doesn't line up perfectly with the board, so be careful when inserting otherwise you might have to open it up to fetch the card, like I did.

Good underwater camera! Literally only downside is that you cant hear while you record when the camera has the waterproof case on! Long battery time too. Easy to use, kinda rough to set up since it comes with SO many unnecessary attachments for stuff.

I live in an area where there is a lot of wildlife that comes through my yard and I really wanted to find out what kind of animal has been raiding my garden. This camera caught my attention because of the higher 1296P compared to the 1080p that are more common. I also wanted a camera where I can turn on and off the wifi mode remotely so I don't have to go to the camera to turn on the Wifi Mode, this comes with a remote control that you can use to turn on/off the wifi mode. This was a big plus for me and it has worked pretty well for me, I did not have to physically press the button on the camera every time I wanted to see what images the camera has captured. All you have to do is turn on the wife via remote and then you connect to the camera's wifi through your phone's app and you can access the photos and videos in the trail cam.The picture quality is really good, I kept the photo resolution at 24MP(Max) and both the day and night pictures were very crisp and clear. The videos captured were very detailed and there was no distortion, as you would see on lower quality trail cams. The only negative to this is you need to get a bigger SD card as it fills up 32 GB very fast. The packaging was ok, everything was securely in the box. I also wish it took fewer batteries, 8 AA batteries is a lot and I hope I don't have to replace these as frequently. The motion detection has been accurate and I kept the IR level in the lowest setting and it has been working pretty well for my needs.If you need a good-quality trail cam with nice features, this XTU Trial Cam is a great choice.
