Fits the Sony VFA49R1 Filter Adapter with a filter inserted. I wish it had an option to connect some type of lanyard to attach to the extra lanyard hole on the camera, but unfortunately it does not. You can find ones on Amazon without the Sony name printed on it for cheaper, but if you want one with the name this seems to be sturdy and of good quality.

First off, if you happen to get these free, then they're an awesome product and they work on both PS5 and PS4. As with most PS products that use a USB dongle, my previous Sony platinum headset stopped working and you cant buy the dongle separately, so thought rather than paying another £150 pair of platinum headset id get these, they were cheaper and newer. So i thought they would be better. First off, they are much more comfortable to wear than the platinums, but thats where the improvements end. The sound output is much better on the platinum as is the quality of microphone and battery life. The 3D audio when compared to the platinums 7.1 sound is nowhere near as good. Unfortunately as with the platinum, you need to use a Bluetooth dongle. Why u need to use dongles when the PS has bluetooth capability, leads me to belive its just a money making scam, the dongles dont last long and you cant buy them separately. So overall i would say if your looking to buy these, pay the little bit extra and get the much superior PS Platinum headset.

Excellent headset but BE AWARE you need an adapter for it

These headphones are very comfortable. The quality of the actual product is a little toy-ish, cheap plastic. It does not appear to be durable but I take care of my stuff so it will be fine. Sound quality is okay, not the best. The mic works well, people say they can hear me nice and clearly on PS4. It's just not loud enough and frankly, the Playstation Platinum headphones are better quality and have better sound. I needed a wired set for my PS4 because I am using all of my usb ports so I got these. I do not regret the purchase but if I want to play Call of Duty I use my Playstation Platinum headphones cuz they are louder, clearer and give me a more realistic directional sound (virtual 7.1 surround sound). Overall, I like these headphones but they are not the best I've had.

solution is to plug headset into adapter, so it can handle both audio and video. Blame it on the computer, but not really. Adapter needs a way to tell computer No Audio here.
