Used for PS3 as described but did have re format it for this use the ps3 wouldn't recognize it

I've used the same headset since PS3, which was Turtle Beach Ear Force Shadows. You know, the ones with the COD ghosts logo on em. They actually broke, and after that mess of duct tape, nails, and crappy welds stopped fitting comfortably, I bought another pair. And another. And a fourth. Those last three were all from Ebay because at that point the headset was discontinued. I hate getting used to new stuff, so I needed something a lot better, and the walmart tin cans weren't cutting it. I got these and a thick pair of brainwaves velour earpads, which adds up to the best pair of headphones I've ever wrapped around my head. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I went from the sony ps gold wireless headset to these for my ps4, and by far better. Now they are not wireless they plug into the back of the controller but you don't have to worry about the battery dying. Sound quality is by far better.

This Headset was even better than I expected. It's basically a wireless headset when I use it for my PS4 since it plugs right into your ps4 controller. This headset is such a relief as I had major signal interference on my WIFI with my wireless bluetooth headset. The sound quality is just as good if not better than my old PS4 Gold Headset. Best of all I can just plug it right into my PC when I want to game on that instead. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great wired headset!
