Love How Tall it Gets
This tripod is amazing. You can tell it is going to be sturdy and I like how tall it gets. I also appreciate that it came with the phone and gopro adapter.

Sensitive, Good Audio
This arrived today and a quick test confirms that it will meet my needs. I'm using this mic with my Sony ICD-UX570 Digital Voice Recorder. Here are a few things that I wasn't sure about in case you have the same questions: 1. The mic cord is equipped with a 3.5 mm tip-ring-ring-sleeve (TRRS) plug. An adapter is provided to convert it to 3.5 mm TRS. I have to use the adapter in order for it to work with my Sony DVR. 2. Although the mic is mono, it feeds both the right and left channels on the recorder. Since I'm using this for voice dictation that's fine for my application. 3. The mic has excellent sensitivity. I am using the lowest sensitivity setting and still get lots of audio input. 4. With the Sony, any time I plug in an external source I'm given the option to select Mic or External. Mic is the proper selection for this mic (External requires a higher level input, such as from a radio's headphone jack). The only objection I have is that with the adapter installed the plug is quite long for use with my tiny recorder and I will need to be careful not to put too much stress on the recorder's jack. A right angle TRS plug on the cord would have been ideal.

but if you want one with the name this seems to be
Fits the Sony VFA49R1 Filter Adapter with a filter inserted. I wish it had an option to connect some type of lanyard to attach to the extra lanyard hole on the camera, but unfortunately it does not. You can find ones on Amazon without the Sony name printed on it for cheaper, but if you want one with the name this seems to be sturdy and of good quality.

This is the best GoPro yet
I've had GoPro's since the 3. Was not really interested in the 5th version since it didn't seem to offer much improvement and due to it's new form factor it won't fit my expensive dome set-up, which I like to use for those over-under water shots. And the BOSS in my Sony X3000 is better than the electronic stabilization found here. But I am very picky! And I am kind of sick of having to jam the unit inside a case each time. It's an extra step in my busy life that I just don't need. I took the plunge and tested it out:1. ES is not bad. BOSS is still better but this does 2.7K @ 60fps and man that is just the best GoPro footage I've ever seen.2. I like being able to shoot RAW photos. The point of these action cams is on the fly action capture so I will still use Burst most of the time (the JPEGs from this are pretty good) but will use RAW single when I can (it's only in wide mode so pictures, even corrected, can be a challenge but at the right situation still good)3. The menu is brand new so still figuring it out, but so far I like it. And once set-up you can leave it alone. Button on right moves between video, photo, burst, and then time-lapse. Pretty quick to cycle between.I think I will keep my Hero4 Silver for use in the dome. The photographic potential of the GoPro is probably still well behind even the most basic of Canon Rebel, Nikon 5300, and Sony RX100 type cameras, so it's not worth the extra expense to replace that. For video, however, this is really nice. I often like to wear my GoPro on my forehead and the form factor is a million times better than my Sony X3000 (I'll use that for "chesty" and handheld stuff).Wish list: GoPro 6 will have mechanical stabilization and photography will catch up the the basic Rebel type of camera.

Works great
Works flawlessly - using a Minolta MD to Sony Nex adapter.Fit is perfect, and the adapter comes off the body with ease - same with removing lens from adapter. This adapter has allowed me to use all of my old MD/MC lenses instead of letting them sit around for the occasion when I haul out my X-700.

Exceptional adapters that focus to infinity with m
Part 1 - Minolta MD to Sony NEX adapterTechnically, it slightly overshoots infinity but the issue is easily corrected by dialing back the focus ring just a tad --- Not exact but clearly better than not-at-all.Although very light due to extensive aluminum usage, the build quality and fit-and-finish of the adapter is superb. Connections on the lens and camera mount sides are tight and precise --- absolutely, zero slop. The top of the lens release button is flattened making the lens removal process very easy and comfortable.Other notes:- There are no electrical connections so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens itself- When mounting the lens, turn the adapter clockwise till you hear a "click"- Tested with a Minolta 85mm f/1.7 Rokkor-X MD lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera-----------------------Part 2 - Nikon Ai to Sony NEX adapterEdit: Based on my positive experience with the Minolta MD adapter, I also purchased the Nikon Ai adapter later. As with the Minolta MD adapter, the Nikon Ai version focuses beyond infinity a tiny bit. Fortunately, the same solution applies - dial back the focus ring and the horizon will become crystal clear. The build quality is impeccable and the finish is smooth and clean of burrs or machine marks. Connections on both sides are taut and precise with zero play.Additional notes for Nikon Ai adapter:- No electrical connections present so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens.- Unlike the Minolta MD adapter, mounting the lens for Nikon adapter requires a counter-clockwise turn until you hear the "click" of the locking mechanism- Tested with a Nikon Micro Nikkor 55m f/2.8 Ai-S MF lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera

Very pleased.
Works great with old manual focus Minolta lenses on a Sony A3000 camera. Fit of adapter to camera and fit of lens to adapter are both precise.
