Overall good monitors, think I've just been unlucky and received a set with a dodgy on/off switch.

We purchased the Xenvo lens adapter for my daughters iPhone. She loves her new accessory! Gives her so many new perspectives to shoot from.However when she received as a gift they was a problem with the operation.I wrote customer service (on Christmas morning) and with in a very short hour... I was contacted. Not by a customer service rep, but by one of the developers and principles of the company!Jennifer was highly apologetic! And Immediately offered to send out a replacement immediately; and told me "don't bother to return the original, perhaps you can you it in on another phone."The product and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Xenvo this is a product line that truly has a hands on approach to producing a top quality product and provide personalized service. This kind of commitment to quality will surely propel them into further success! We are extremely pleased customers!

Only complain that back side is black and front is different color.

The mobile APP can see it in real time, and the mobile APP can see it directly. The picture quality is very high, but the accessories are not available, so you need to buy the battery and memory card by yourself.

I wanted more accurate speakers to replace my cheap after market computer speakers. With those speakers on Zoom calls my son's voice was just at their resonate frequency and so it sounded boomy when he talked making it hard to understand. These speakers are a big improvement but his voice is still more boomy than I want which is a disappointment. The bass is better and the highs are nice and clear.

It seemed a big mess to wade through the fake reviews to see what headphones were good. Check recent reviews always! But ended up feeling comfortable enough to try these, as I was looking for some cheap basic full-size bluetooth headphones to make my dad's life easier.And they certainly did that.Setup isn't the easiest to understand, with very limited instructions. But they're basically as simple as they seem, connecting when something attempts it, and with a little work, the controls are reasonable (try searching for the instruction book online if needed). Sound was fair, certainly fine enough for me at least. Wouldn't hurt if it went a smidge louder, but overall quite workable.Battery was ok, not amazing, but charged easily. The random "phone busy signal" sound to indicate low battery was a bit obnoxious (especially when I believe it first goes off at maybe 50%???), but charging easy enough with the typical older Android adapter in widespread use making it easy to find a plug anywhere in my stuff. Liked that there's a radio in it too. And try combining it with a bluetooth output adapter (plus any necessary cable converters) for your tv audio if you want to take it above and beyond!Happy with my purchase. Probably will try some of the other cheap options for myself and other family members to determine what I like best. But where once I was excited by basic $15 KOSS headphones that stood out as about the only good cheap headphones... now there looks to be a wealth of amazing feature-filled options to even jump to wireless.
