Great support for two rigs
Nikon D750 plus battery grip w/70-200mm f/2.8 on one side, and D500 with grip and the heavier Nikon 200-500mm f/5.6. I shoot sports, works great for Baseball and Lacrosse, sure wish I'd ordered it for Football season! Looking forward to hoops...no more sore neck!

Great Mid-Range Tele-Photo Zoom For Travel
I paired this lens with a T6s crop body that I have been shooting with the last two years. My decision was based on intended use, value and cost. I considered Tamron, Sigma and Canon for this purchase.Specifically:Tamron SP 70-200mm F/2.8 Di VC USD G2Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II USMSigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG APO OS HSMObviously these lenses are in a different performance category than the 70-300mm f/4 I purchased. The primary consideration here was weight. I had just spent a week in Paris with 2 lenses. I did well with the canon 10-18 and sigma 17-70 f/2.8. What I needed was some additional reach beyond 112mm in a package I could travel with. The 70-300 (this lens) is the answer. The sigma worked well in the majority of my low light (no flash allowed) situations, but I didn't have the reach I needed in many cases. I've had some very favorable results with the APS-C format. I feel like I'll have that coverage now in a "travel friendly" package since it just isn't comfortable or practical to carry around a hefty 3.1lb f/2.8 lens when you are sightseeing.I took the time to read the lenses manual before it arrived. The build quality is good. Although mostly plastic, the lens has some heft, but is only half the weight of a f/2.8 with "L" glass. The LCD display is cool. I've been taking pictures with SLR and DSLR long enough so that DOF is more second nature. Will have to see how much I actually use it. So I put the lens on my camera and started shooting. The focusing system of the nano USM motor is truly fast. Great for video too.. It's quiet (near silent) My first shots were at 112, 216 and 480mm, subject at about 15' and wide open. IQ was good for a lens at this price point, no vignetting was noticeable at 112mm. The centers were super sharp. AF works perfectly when changing what part(s) of the frame are being metered. The edges of the photos were very clear. Not razor sharp, not overly soft. Once again more than acceptable for wide open non "L" or "Art" glass. I will be taking the lens out tomorrow to see what shots at f/8 look like. If they get sharper than what I saw at f/4, this lens will be great and I have no reason to think it won't be. Based on what I saw in the house, its a keeper.I do plan on switching to full frame. At that point, I'll step up to "L' glass but will keep this lens in my travel bag. This kit from Digital Goja was received in perfect condition and as promised. The included extras make this a great value.

Great Lens Filter, Truly 8 stops!
Used it for a 70-200mm f/2.8 canon and it makes shooting in daylight so much easier. I would highly recommend.

Turned my 70-200 into a passable part-time wildlif
The extender works great. I use it with my 70-200mm IS II 2.8 and, even wide open at 400mm/5.6 I still get very clean and crisp images. If using it with a modern Canon body you should still get AF at max focal length. If I use this combination on my 7d instead of my 5dMIV I get 640mm. Some YouTube reviewers are saying they are not getting sharp images. Hogwash! Bottom line is that if you use it with a quality lens you should not see any noticeable degradation of picture quality. I will say, though, that to my eye I get cleaner pictures on my full-frame 30mp (when cropped to the same magnification) than with the crop sensor with it's 1.6x greater "zoom". Even so, both combinations still result in great images even zoomed 100% on screen.

Just like the original
This was a replacement for my Tamron 2.8 / 70-180. Fits and looks just like the original. I like to keep a spare one in my bag just in case I lose one while on a shoot. Also fits my Tamron 2.8 / 28-75

This lens is simply incredible
The Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Telephoto Zoom Lens is nothing short of incredible. I'm using it on my Canon XTi. With the XTi's multiplication factor of 1.6 the effective focal length of this lens is 112mm to 320mm. The thought of a 112mm to 320mm lens which features a maximum aperture of f2.8 throughout its range and has image stabilization is hard to comprehend at first. After a couple weeks of use, I find this lens is fast, sharp, quiet, and a bit heavy. This lens is fantastic for portraits. It's also great for close-ups taken from about 5-6 feet away. It's far more versatile than I expected.

Basic filter that works
I bought this filter for a Tamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5/6 Di VC USD telephoto lens. The filter was rather 'dirty' with speckles of dust and some mild 'grease' stains unevenly distributed across the filter area when I got it right out of the box! I managed to clean the filter successfully using a lens-pen without scratching it (phew...). However, I'm not sure who's the culprit.. the manufacturer or the seller (Overstocks Closeout). For the benefit of doubt, I'd still rate it 5-star as it isn't a big deal and the filter (after being cleaned) does it's job effectively without any signs of 'ghosting' in the photos I took so far (at least > 100 since using it).

A
hello if your nikon camera is af mount, yes, you could make the sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 ex dg apo hsm large aperture macro zoom lens work with canon with this adoptor
Q
I have a 1st gen tamron 70-200 f/2.8 lens for my nikon d80... will this work on fuji xt3? tamron lens does not have an aperture ring.
A
The adapter is designed for Nikon lenses, including D mount. If the Tamron fits the Nikon D80 it should work. As for the lack of aperture ring on the Tamron ... not sure about that. Perhaps the Nikon D80 has an in camera aperture selection.
Q
Will this hold Nikon D750 with 150-600mm zoom?
A
I don’t think so. I night this to use on my Nikon D3100 with a Tamron 70-300. Neither are very heavy but this head would not keep my camera still. It crept down no matter how tight I made it. I think your camera and lens are heavier so I would go with a better name brand.
Q
Will this adapter allow me to mount a fujinon m42 55mm 1.8 and a sigma-z m42 135mm 2.8 to a sony a6000?
A
HI your fujinon m42 55mm 1.8 and a sigma-z m42 135mm 2.8 are M42 mount, the item can fit your camera and lens
