Will this frame fit onto a 100 mm objective lens on a celestron 25 x 100 binoculars? actual od is about 105 mm. the intended use is full moon view.

The od size is 100mm, the set comes with multiple different sizes to fit many different lens. You do not need long exposures for good moon detail, 500 sec at f8 works good on full moon

Yes and yes very nice tripod

Is the aperture control declicked?
A
No. It has clicks in it. I only use this with Nikkor AI-S manual lenses, which are naturally clicked. However, if I remove the lens and just twist the ring on the adapter, it has regular clicks in it, finer than the one stop clicks on the Nikkor lenses I use. I bought my adapter in late Nov-early Dec 2016
