Technical Support
My ISP upgraded my modem and I was unable to reconnect via WiFi with the camera, I was able to contact technical support promptly and was assisted by Richard Reese who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me with reconfiguration of camera and had the camera live streaming via WiFi in no time. Very professional company in terms of quality of product and support, I've been a customer for 4 years and have never had an issue. Very Satisfied customer

Works fine for a amateur photo enthusiast.
For my purposes, it works great. I don't see the advantage of buying a CPL costing twice as much or more.

Surprising - Great headset
I was surprised by the headset. At first, it looked a bit bulky and heavy. I was very surprised as it is very comfortable to wear all day (I wear a headset most days for work). The headset is light and fits around the ear pretty well. The battery life seems to be good. It last quite a long time on standby. I am normally on the phone for about 4 to 5 hours during the day and I normally charge the headset when I am off work. I have not run out of battery life. A fully charged headset will last all day. I sometime switch between ears just for a little change. With this light headset, I can hardly tell it is on my ear. Remember I wear a headset all day. So, I am quite used to them.

Q
Is this gonna fit any Nikon lenses ?

I have a 50mm prime, 24-70, 70-200 and a 35mm prime and it fits them all. If day as long ss your lens has internal filter threads and is one of the sizes listed you will be good to go.
Q
Will this head support heavy telephoto lenses?
A
The K&F barely supported a Canon 400mm lens using the support arm of the lens. I found I had to really lock down to get the lens to hold position. I have moved on to another brand.
Q
How well does it work with telephoto lenses?
A
I have used it with a canon 70-200 and sigma 150-600. Both have lens rings. The canon 70-200 was handled well with light to no wind. The Sigma had issues. The ball head was not quite strong enough to eliminate drift.
