Just right, can hear TV without outside noise. Fit light weight. I bought 2, so 1 can be charging while wearing the other, but the charge lasts long time so it's not even needed most days. Better than the Bluetooth earbuds that hurt my ears from being too tight.

I need an inexpensive, sturdy, lightweight tripod with full range of motions for indoor cell phone use; this tripod meets all the above criteria. I also tried a 4 pound camera/lens combo on it, and it is totally fine. For perspective however I am not expect it to be a replacement for my heavy duty metal tripod which has lasted me 20 years and still going (and which should be part of the budget for anyone investing in heavy cameras and lenses or shoot in less predictable conditions), and at this price point, I was not expecting it to be, and I have no complaints. The only thing I wish it had is a ball head but then again a smooth metal ball head would almost definitely cost more than the price of this tripod.
