Good filter
Nice polarizing filter - it even comes with a lens cap with a little strap. Well hey, you can't have too many lens caps, right? I got the 62mm size, and it fits my⌀62 Olympus 12-40mm pro lens perfectly. The filter feels very well put together. The filter ring has a nice smooth motion so you can easily dial in the polarization. There are some raised bumps on the ring to help with grip, and on mine they seem to be at least somewhat aligned with the polarization angle (I'm not sure if that's on purpose or not). It seems to reduce light by somewhere about 1.5 stops compared to no filter, according to my camera's light meter. It's not as good as the $100+ high transmission filters, but for $23.99 (current price with coupon - July 2024) it's pretty decent. One quibble though is the case size. Most of the time this is going to be in my camera bag, I don't use polarizing filters all that often. But the case it comes with is way too bulky. It's 4.25" x 4.25" x 0.75". It was sized to hold the filter and the lens cap (with plenty of room to spare), and takes up too much room in the bag.

Bring out the color!
Circular polarizers are great for landscape photography for two reasons. First, when any sky is included, the reflections off the invisible water droplets in the air can be eliminated, increasing color saturation and contrast in the sky. Just dial in the effect you want. Second, when water is included in the photo, extraneous distracting reflections can be dialed way down or eliminated completely! The inclusion of a lens cap that fits on the filter both adds a protective cover and a spare for your 82mm lens - a nice bonus. Very nice polarizer!

Punches above it's weight class
The amount of glare this can filter out is basically all of it while most CPL can only do a noticeable amount. I held off getting a filter for my largest 82mm lens because of cost but this brand seems to do well punching above its weight competing with my $400 CPL. Like my other expensive filters, the lines of the filter dont line up with the notches so I cant really tell from the front what direction the filter is rotated. I dont really need the cloth and lens cap, though I can see someone getting value from it but I dont know why it comes with a wrist strap. Photos are on manual settings to show 90° turn to show full polarizing effect.

Versatile Filter, Enhances Image Quality, K&F Concept Quality, Includes Useful Extras
I’ve been a fan of K&F Filters, and many of their other photographic products, for some time now, and have come to appreciate the consistency and the quality of the brand. The majority of my lenses live their lives with a K&F Concept UV protective filter on their front element. I have done enough testing of the transmittance and sharpness of K&F filters in the past that I now consider them a trusted brand; I feel confident in their quality. And that’s the point, right? Find a supplier you can trust to deliver exceptional quality. I use polarizing filters extensively, much more often than not. They are a multi-purpose filter, allowing the user to add contrast, saturation, reduce glare and reflections and to some extent, because they add neutral density, control exposure. There’s hardly any reason not to use them, other than in low light situations. Another advantage in the 82mm size, and for that matter, most sizes, is it’s cost benefit; using step-up rings, it can accommodate a number of lenses that take a smaller filter size. This holds true for any size filter. In practical terms, the K&F Concept 82mm Polarizing filter can be used on lenses with filter sizes from 77mm on down with appropriate step-up rings; no need to buy a separate polarizer for each of your lenses. The filter is solidly made of aircraft aluminum and is typical of the high-quality of K&F Concept filters generally. Dampening of the outer ring is smooth and has the resistance necessary to keep a setting securely in place. Because there is no stop on a CPL, it’s necessary, when adjusting it, to turn it in the same direction you would when attaching it, so as not to inadvertently loosen the filter proper from the lens. K&F Concept uses AGC glass, formerly the Asahi Glass company, a Japanese company that is the largest glass manufacturing company in the world. They further assert that there are 24 multi-layer, anti-reflective coatings on each side of the glass, important for reducing internal lens reflections. In my testes the filter performed true to the seller’s claims. It does polarize the light and the colors seemed “true,” or at least to the extent inherent in the reproductive capabilities of a digital sensor, so effected by camera settings and manufacturer introduced sharpening and dynamic range capabilities. In other words, “True Colors” is subjective. In addition, I didn’t notice any reduction in sharpness when using the filter. The physical attributes of the filter are its relative lightweight, along with facetted chines on the circumference of the polarization ring, for grip. I use an 82mm VND with the CPL filter, and the threaded front of the filter, also 82mm, provides plenty of depth for the secure attachment of the stacked filter. The K&F front lens cap provided with the filter is a match in quality to any pinch type OEM lens caps I own. The pinching levers are easy to use, firmly spring-loaded, and provide a firm grip to the filter or the lens to which its attached. I also appreciate that the front threads of the CPL match those of the filter size, 82mm, allowing for the use of standard OEM accessories, for example, a lens shade. The filter is supplied with the lens cap, an adjustable lanyard, a high-quality microfiber lens cleaning cloth and a plastic storage case. K&F Concept provides plenty of value for your money and they don’t cut corners.

A Must Have For Your Camera Bag
No matter what your skill level with photography there are a few things that are essential that you absolutely need to have with you in your camera bag. One of those items is a lens filter. I recently had the pleasure of using the K&F Concept 62mm Circular Polarizer Lens Filter, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. As an avid photographer, I often struggle with glare and reflections, especially when shooting water scenes. This filter has been a game-changer for my photography. One of the standout features of this polarizer is its ability to significantly reduce glare on water surfaces. Whether I’m capturing serene lakes, flowing rivers, or even the ocean, the filter effectively cuts down on unwanted reflections, allowing the true beauty of the scene to shine through. The colors are more vibrant, and the details are much clearer, making my photos look more professional and polished. The build quality of the K&F Concept filter is also impressive. It’s sturdy yet lightweight, and the glass is scratch-resistant, which is a huge plus for outdoor photography. The adjustment ring is smooth and easy to turn, allowing for precise control over the polarization effect. In addition to its performance on water photography, this filter also enhances the overall color saturation and contrast in my images. The blues and greens, in particular, are more pronounced, giving my landscape shots a richer and more dynamic look. Overall, the K&F Concept 62mm Circular Polarizer Lens Filter is a fantastic investment for any photographer looking to improve their outdoor and water photography. It’s affordable, durable, and delivers excellent results. I highly recommend it!

Easy to use and excellent results
The filter fits my Canon EOS 2000D 58mm lens perfectly, allowing for effortless attachment and removal. The resulting photographs are precisely what I was hoping for, with the filter performing excellently. Delving into nature and plant photography, I've discovered the filter's value in full sunlight conditions. It aids in capturing the right density, managing exposure, enhancing contrast, and minimising glare and reflections. On bright days, this filter has become my go-to accessory. Along with the filter, you also receive a lens cap, storage case, lanyard and microfiber lens cleaning cloth which are all greatly appreciated. Overall, this filter set offers excellent value and is a top-notch offering from K&F Concept.

Works good
It does what it is supposed to do. Optically I have not seen anything that concerns me. I have not really pressed it when it comes to reflections, but with a lens hood that isn't a huge factor. It is easy to turn, but not so easy that it spins on it's own. CP is one of those things that is much better to get right in the camera vs editing it in later... and this is a good piece to do that with.

Very nice polarizer for the value
First off the fit is excellent I found the quality of this right away was very nice and a felt like good quality construction. I like that it comes with a lens cap for protection from the elements during storage and transport. Ease of use and removal or adding additional filters if you would is nice. The image quality is very good compared to some of my other clients filters costing 2 or 3 times as much. I wish I could get a little darker in the polarizer on really sunny days, but it helps create stunning images where there is lots of reflection and or you want to enhance your image on a blue sky day that will not blow out. I like using it and I am using g this one on a Canon 70-200 2.8 ii. It is a robust lens that can take lots of light in and this will help make your images better.

You can stack filters. Just buy filters of the same caliber and stack them (e.g., a 77CPL filter and then stack a 77 ND filter).
