A true five-star bag
I've needed a new camera backpack for some time. So I decided to order four different bags (three from K&F and one from Mosiso) to try out, the idea being that I would keep the best one. This bag...is the one that I kept. This is also the most expensive of the four (you get what you pay for)...but I was able to get a good sale price on it.
For starters, this bag is very...VERY well made. It put the other three bags that I tested to shame. It's solid, holds it's own shape and is very well padded. Your gear will be safe in here.
There are flexibility features all over this bag. The divider between the top and bottom sections can be manipulated up or down...or partially up or down. I am able to push part of the divider up, which allows me to fit my Sony a1 camera mirrorless body with a 300 2.8 + 2x converter attached! That's not a small feat! Most of these bags are made for street photographers. I am a wildlife photographer so I use long lenses. The versatility of that divider panel is astounding! Well done K&F!!!!
The top compartment expands upward for more space if needed. It's a great feature, but it does add two extra zippers to that top opening so you have to push them out of the way when not in use. First-world problems, I know.
There is a luggage strap across the back which is a MUST for me, as I travel with my gear a lot. Because this strap runs vertically on the bag, you place the bag sideways on top of your suitcase. Smartly, K&F added a grab strap on the side of the backpack to make this easy to do.
This bag opens on both sides. The side "doors" that open are padded and each one includes a zippered inner storage area. So anything that you put in those "side doors" won't rub up against your camera gear. Brilliant!
They say that this bag is water proof. I don't know about that but it sure seems like it would be. Included is a full-bag rain cover just in case.
This bag is small. I'll say it again. This bag...is small. But it's very well thought out, and maybe has a few features that it doesn't even need ( like tabs that snap over the zipper to prevent theft). I guess this might be great if you are tromping around on the streets of Europe, but as a wildlife photographer, I'm not expecting bears and moose to come and steal my stuff, so I'll likely just cut those off. They are an extra step in entering the bag that I don't need.
There is plenty of room for a laptop if you carry one (which I don't). That space can be used for a variety of things.
About the only thing I would add to this bag is maybe a flat compartment on the inside of the front lower opening. There is a bit of wasted space there as it is now.
I guess worth mentioning also is that at least on my bag, the zippers are working very well.
If you are one who doesn't need to haul everything you own plus the kitchen sink, I can't imagine that you will find a better bag for the money than this one.

spacious but problems with the buckle
The materials are robust and you feel the quality as soon as you touch them. I managed to fit huge Tamrons 15-30 and 70-200 G2 and Sigma 150-600, and in the main compartment there was room for the Nikkor 85. The top part seems perfect for the Nikon Z6ii with 24-70 f4. There is still room for some filters in the side compartments and the top compartment seems to have a little more space. The zippers go very smoothly and the rain cover is a nice extra. What really surprised me was that when I fully loaded the bag and tried to put it on, the top right buckle opened and the bag fell down (and tore a hole in the sternum strap)! This was a great stress test to check the durability of the frame (no lens broke!), but the buckle thing still makes me uncomfortable. I have no idea why the buckle button releases the lock. The way I put on the bag is honestly not strange or unusual. Actually, it got unlocked a few more times, but I was ready: I turned the bag on while sitting on the couch, so the bag just dropped onto a soft surface. As I continued to test the fully loaded bag, the buckle seemed to stay in place. Jumping, walking, walking quickly, suddenly pulling the handle - in all situations it remained locked. My best guess is the loading weight. Although I haven't found any information on the maximum carrying capacity, I suspect that the equipment is simply too heavy (8.5 kg to be precise), which is a shame because all the lenses packed are necessary for my photography trips. In any case, the tripod is transported in a separate bag. I just hope the umbrella and/or water bottle still fits.

Well made, with great versatility
This is a great camera bag with good versatility as it can be expanded for larger loads and accessibility is also good from both the top and sides. Also a great little bag for the city, because it can fit a lot of stuff, but still remains comfortable. So far I'm very impressed with it.

great camera bag
After a lot of research, I chose this bag for several reasons. It offers very good protection for all your camera equipment and a laptop. I bought it mainly for traveling as it has plenty of space for all my camera gear, cables, charger and my other basics like wallet and phone. The materials of the backpack are very sturdy and the zippers work so far, unlike others I have tried. It provides good support and comfort when you pack it. Grab your things and head out. I would only recommend it if you are looking for a camera backpack in this size

Super processed, but smaller than described
It's about the Alpha photo backpack, a stripped-down version. A lot has already been written, so I'll keep it short. The workmanship is very good, the layout is well thought out. Visually appealing, relatively shockproof, good zippers.
The reason I had to send it back anyway (unfortunately!) is that the illustrated layout options don't correspond to real life. In order for everything to fit in as described, it would have to be 30-50% wider, but unfortunately it didn't fit; the top compartment is also damn narrow.
I asked product support whether the non-stripped-down, more expensive version is not only better equipped, but also bigger? But since support preferred not to answer at all, I sent the backpack back and bought a different model.
Still four stars because it's actually good. You'll definitely be happy with a bridge camera or a very small DSLR.

Excellent Camera Bag With Useful Features
This bag from K&F Concept is the kf13.131 model.
The bag itself is very good quality. The stitching and materials used are excellent throughout. Normally the bag has a capacity of 25l, but the top compartment can be extended upwards by an extra 1.5L, making it possible to store 26.5l in total. This expansion method is built-in, easy to use and very effective.
The bag has an inbuilt frame, which whilst not totally rigid, does make it keep its shape at all times. This design does make it less convenient to store when not in use, but has the advantage of making it easier to pack, as well as offering better protection. Despite this more rigid design, the bag remains relatively light weight.
The large lower compartment can be accessed by the main flap, or two (almost) full length side flaps. Inside the compartment are there separate moveable dividers, which are attached via Velcro, and can be arranged in a variety of different ways to suit your needs. A great feature of the bag is that the divider between the top compartment and main compartment can actually be pushed upwards. Whilst this makes the top compartment smaller, it allows you to accommodate a longer lens if necessary.
Both of the side flaps have a zipped cover on the inside, which when opened, reveals a variety of pouches, to securely store various memory cards, batteries, leads, etc. On the outside of the side flaps are expandable pockets for water bottles, umbrellas, etc. Only one of the flaps has straps to secure longer/heavier objects, such as a tripod.
The top compartment has two open mesh pouches at the rear, and a larger zipped mesh pocket under the lid. As described before, this compartment can be extended upwards so that it can accommodate larger equipment, or more items.
On the rear of the bag is a full length padded compartment which can not only take a 15.6" laptop, but also has a pocket for a tablet device such as an iPad. This compartment can be opened fully, making it much easier to put in and take out your devices.
The zips are all waterproof and work well. I've experienced no issues with them sticking or getting caught. The zips on both the main and top compartments have a small strap with a 'popper' attachment. These tabs allow you to secure the zipper pulls behind them, so that a thief can't surreptitiously unzip the bag without you realising. A waterproof cover is provided which can be stored in a pocket underneath the bag.
As well as the main straps for carrying the bag as a backpack, there is also a padded strap that allows you to carry it vertically, one handed, and a luggage strap on the back, which allows you to slip it over a luggage handle. There is also a strap on the side, that allows you to carry it horizontally one handed, but this is more designed for manoeuvring the bag, rather than using it to carry any distance.
In use the bag was comfortable to wear and I didn't have any issues with sweating. It was easy to handle, to take equipment in and out of, and to change the layout as and when I needed to. The various pouches proved genuinely useful, and despite it holding a lot of equipment, the bag itself always felt surprisingly compact.
The only real niggles I have is that I wish the zips on the side pouches had the same security tabs that those on the main and top compartments do. I also wish there were straps on the bottom for attaching longer tripods.
In conclusion, I've been very impressed by this bag. The only thing I don't know is how well it will stand up to long term or heavy usage, but so far, so good. Compared to the competition the price seems reasonable too, given its quality and features. As a result, despite the couple minor niggles I mentioned, I have no hesitation in giving this bag a full 5 stars.

Great backpack!
It is light, but still makes a stable impression. The compartments can be designed independently of each other and are attached with Velcro. They are holding up very well. I don't feel like anything could happen to my equipment. A rain test is still being conducted.

Just what I was missing
I was looking for a bag for vacation. This one is perfect, the inside is easy to divide with the Velcro items, nice appearance, quite light when empty and you still have a "secret compartment" for other things. I am 100% satisfied

Great quality and works great.
I packed 2 Gopros, 1 camera and a gimbal in the backpack and there is still plenty of room. It is well padded and offers good protection.

Serves its purpose.
It serves its purpose, I could easily fit a telephoto, a wide angle lens and two smaller lenses on it. A cleaning kit for the camera and lenses also fits well in it.
