UV FILTER
High quality UV filters can be permanently mounted on lenses with a minimum impact on image quality.
LENS PROTECTION
Protects the front element of a lens from dust, dirt, moisture and potential scratches.
ND FILTER
Reduces the amount of light entering the lens, thus decreasing camera shutter speed. Useful for situations where motion blur needs to be created (rivers, waterfalls, moving people) or large apertures must be used with flash to avoid overexposure.

COLOR FILTER SET
Corrects colors, resulting in a change in camera white balance. Some color filters can subtract colors, blocking one type of color and allowing other colors through. These types of filters were popular for film. They are rarely used in digital photography, since their effects can be easily applied in post-processing.

Caution - Plastic not Glass
As posted on Amazon.com these Filters are PLASTIC and NOT "High quality product made of import optics glass and resin" - the plastic is very thin and flimsy. Shame really as they have been placed in what appears to be a solid metal ring.I haven't used them yet, and I'm concerned that they will scratch very easily - more so than a Glass Filter would. I may return and seek an alternative.

Fantastic Performance for the Price
So glad I bought this. There is very little colour cast with no noticeable reduction in sharpness or clarity when using these filters. They are ideal for getting slightly longer shutter speeds in order to capture motion in your pictures. The included lens pen/brush is an excellent little tool which takes up next to no room in my bag so is always with me as are the filters which come in a handy little pouch. If you want to try your hand at longer exposures but don't want to spend a fortune on expensive filters then these are what you should seriously consider.
