The focus is adjust able.
The whole last telescoping section (the one with the eyepiece) rotates in and out to adjust the focus.I was surprised by how good the glass is and by the amount of magnification. This is actually very useful and not just a neat toy.It doesn't feel very sturdy but as long as you don't abuse it, it should be fine.

No vertical adjustment.
I just got this. It seems very sturdy and functional You cannot adjust the focus up and down, only side to side.

Picture quality is really good and it has good auto focus and adjust light sensitivity pretty even for bright background

Great webcam, easy setup on Mac
Not much else to be said, it’s a great webcam!Plugged it into my MacBook Pro, gave it permission and it fired right up in FaceTime, photo booth and OBS. Super easy.The camera control software you can download is kinda lame, but does let you manually adjust exposure and focus.

Great product, very clear images
These are amazing. The image is so clear, you can really zoom in on anything and adjust the focus to get a clear shot. Great investment.
