These cameras are pretty much what I was looking for affordable, easy installation and good picture quality. This is a great product definitely will buy and reefer this product to my friends and family.

I like having the two cameras that give me a wider view of my front yard/area. The porch one is trained on the walk leading up to my front door while the other camera allows me to see the sidewalk and street by my driveway. This pair of cameras gives me a good view of what I was interested in seeing without having to walk outside my house. The day and night quality of the video is very good. I'm lucky in that I don't have a sodium vapor streetlight nearby, but I'm thinking that sort of light might cause a few issues with the nighttime quality of picture you might get. I only mention that because my daughter's street has a couple of those bright lights near her place and while it is nice having light at night, I was thinking how these security cameras would capture images between the darkness near the house and the brightness of those lights a few houses down. Just a thought. I would highly suggest getting the solar panels with the cameras so you know that the battery is being recharged. I happened to have one solar panel from another camera that quit working and it is working one of these cameras just fine. I ended up ordering a single solar panel for the other camera. Works great for my needs!

1.Cameras have great view & great sound.2. Night Vision does not see as far as I hoped but I have not taken the time to look into more settings. (Update: Setting will increase night vision.)3. The mounting is horrible if you are mounting on a wall & trying to get a side view. (I bought some L brackets drilled some holes & was able to get the angle I needed. 3 Cameras I needed the L bracket for & 2 worked great without it.)4. Recording is great & the sound seems to me be wonderful. I did come from a camera system that was wired & had no audio.I have a coworker that had these cameras & she was showing me a video & I was amazed by the cameras. She told me how they were completely battery operated & said she had them put up 2 years ago & just the other day had the batteries replaced. Now if you live in a high traffic area yes they will not last that long but in a quit area they will last for some time.(I been looking at upgrading for some time from my Night Owl ones that I found to have issues. They would record but some of the recordings would not come up. The app was horrible because most of the time they would not show the cameras. The camera quality looked great in the beginning but went down hill after 2 years.)

Easy installation (believe me when I say this because the other cameras I've tried installing were a pain!! This was literally plug and play....). Performs as promised.

One if the easiest cameras to setup. For the price this is a steal. Only problem I see is inconsistent notifications from the app. No notifications however once opening the app the notifications spill in.

Purchased two of these cameras ib April 2022 and they worked famously. No issues connecting to my mesh wifi system. Once connected to the 2.4g band they worked well even with the combined 2.4 /5g mesh signal. Then Toucan did a firmware update. That spelled the death of the cameras. Had numerous contacts with customer support. To their credit they were helpful and gave me several things to try. After a number of suggestions, I was finally able to get the cameras working again. The only problem was that when I turned on the 5g band, they would work for a short period of time and then go off line again. I have to climb the ladder and reset them on a nearly daily basis. Although the camera and application are good, the firmware is total crap.Unless you have a 2g only wifi system stay away from this product until they can get their act together. You will only be wasting your money.Update: 9/7/2022I have been in contact with the customer service team regarding the cameras that I was having trouble with. The customer service team has been absolutely fabulous. They gathered information regarding my equipment and have worked through the problem. They were very proactive with this. They ended up replacing my cameras and the new versions work perfectly. As the original, the new cameras are very well constructed and are working well with my network. I am extremely happy with the outcome and can't thank the customer service representatives enough. Don't be afraid of this camera. They are outstanding and so is the customer service if you run in to a problem. It's nice to see a company that values it's customers !

I have already more than 10 cameras set up around the house but I realized there are some important angles uncovered, where no cable outlet is nearby. I saw this set of battery powered cameras and decided to try them out.I wasn't disappointed at all! Picture quality is great, as well as the sound and night vision.The smartphone app is a lot better then I was used to with other cameras I purchased in the past. It's a lot more intuitive and easy to use. The installation of the cameras worked flawlessly within a matter of seconds.The feature that surprised me most, was how well the motion detection works. My past cameras even sent alarms when there was too much wind or when some insects flew past the camera so on some of the I even had to turn off the feature. This camera right here is even capable of separating animals, humans and package deliveries.The only thing that I have to criticize is the lack of a charging adaptor. It comes with the charging cable though. Luckily you can use any other smartphone adaptor.All in all I'm very pleased and can highly recommend them. I'm thinking of purchasing another pair to combine them with solar panels for a light post close by.

Exactly what I was looking for in a monitor. Good battery life, good picture, easy to switch between cameras and pan as needed. Very good sound quality as well
