The phone mount fell off and will not stay on the
It was good for a few months and then the adhesive turned into a glob of messy glue with the summer heat. It fell off and the suction cup will not hold it to the windshield. It had some nice features but of it will not stay on the windshield it is a useless product.Update: 9/9/2022 The customer service was exceptional. The sent me a new base so now I am going to try it on my dashboard. Unfortunately when I tried to install the top half on the new base the plastic pieces around the mounting collar broke off. I purchase another new unit just because of their customer service. We will give the new improved version a go when I receive it in a few days.Update 9/13/2022 Customer Service is fantastic. Helen was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to purchase Vanmass products in the future.

Great customer service
My job requires me to drive a lot and this mount has been super helpful and has allowed me to feel safer when using GPS in the car. There was only one problem when over the hot summer the pad fell off but customer support sent me a new adhesive pad and it's working fine now. I didn't expect A+ support like this especially because the product was purchased for me as a gift.

Decent price
Decent. Only complaint is the ear pad is on the small side.

Cheaply made ear cushion fell off!
These are pretty good for $10 not the best don't cancel out noise sound quality is decent. Update the ear cushion has come off. I expected more from a Sony product.

Headphone speaker fell off
The ear part of the headphone fell off after having it for 2 months or so, could probally fix with super glue but other than that the quality was pretty good for price

Slick and comfortable
This small Bluetooth headphone is very comfortable in the ear. I use the smallest earpiece. It does not irritate the ear, yet the sound is excellent.

Some pucks fell off
Some of the pucks fell off so I had to use 3m tape to secure them. I love these lights and how they accent the back splash in my kitchen. The remote is convenient however I wish the timer was longer. It turns off only after a short period of time. I wish I could control the time more.

Excellent quality for the price.
Aside from the ear pad a tad small still does the job though.
