This tri-pod is basically amazing, worth every pen
I've gone through a fair amount of tri-pods in my life.. and this one is literally the best one I have ever used! The carbon fiber makes it ultra light weight. Each of the legs has 4 sections; each section has a a rubber tightening ring. One of the legs can be unscrewed and removed to be used as a mono-pod. The camera mount is made of milled aluminum with multiple tightening screws. It spins and swivels smooth. The phone mount is amazing and works awesome!I can't recommend this enough!!

Overall: Good product for the money with DSLRs and Mirrorless cameras.Build: Build quality feels solid. Latches closes with a good feel. Should last for a long time with average wear.Performance: Panning and Tilting with the fluid head was smooth. Used other Cayer heads before and it feels the same.Value: I feel its in line with the rest of the market maybe a little more but Cayer hasn't let me down yet and comparing it to the carbon fiber version you can decide if its worth the different in price.

So far, so good.
Have only used this 2-3 times so far, but am very pleased. Easy to set up and use with easy controls that lock the camera down securely. Feels very sturdy with the camera mounted.The tripod has two bubble levels which can be helpful, however, I found myself using the level on the camera to set the shot rather than trying to use the levels, especially at night.If you're hiking, this may not be the ideal tripod. It's substantial and not as light as the carbon fiber version. I can imagine it would feel heavy after several miles. Not impossible, just not ideal.Very good price/value.

Priced well just wish had more
I like it and its held up for some time now just wish it did more even it cost more.No carbon fiber problems like other have on other brands.Its light weight holds up well, all around really worth the price.Again just wish had better options as its limited at times, if you like the way it holds the camera and adjusts then cant go wrong, but if you want it to adjust more or go down more cant given its limitations

Very cool for the price
First impression is the carbon fiber box it comes in. It’s fairly easy to use without having to read instructions, it take 8-AA Batteries and once on the first thing I noticed is the picture clarity, of course you have to focus it but it was very impressive considering the price. I definitely recommend it.
