I recently purchased this Geekoto tripod for long exposure and astro-photography. Having just retired an old, cheap, aluminum tripod I was looking forward to using something a little sturdier and more reliable and this thing did not disappoint!The package was received promptly and in perfect condition. I have to say I'm a big fan of the Geekoto style. The sleek orange and black box was attractive enough to warrant a photo before diving in to the un-boxing. As with all of my other Geekoto gear the carrying case deserves an honorable mention here, having plenty of room so you won't need to cram anything to fit, and the shoulder strap is rugged and long enough to actually be used!I absolutely love that a tripod this large will collapse to such a small size. It's not any taller than my camera bag so it fits conveniently on the side without making it sit awkwardly when set down. I will say I was expecting it to be a little bit lighter, but the overall sturdiness makes up for the extra weight in my opinion.A design feature I absolutely love is the spring loaded leg-hinge clips, my old unit did not have this and it was definitely a pain! The shining star here, though, turned out to be the ball head, which is solid enough to support full size DSLR and lens in the vertical position no problem.I would absolutely recommend this tripod to any amateur or professional looking to get a fantastic piece of equipment for the price!

I bought these to use when recording videos while streaming and such, and they are bright! The clear panel that comes with it is super bright, blinding even. I use the amber screen instead and it's still very bright but tolerable to put in front of you so your face is properly lit. They get a little hot but not terribly so, and it's a nice little switch you push on the cord for on and off. The metal tripod legs extend out the bottom of the handle which is attached to bottom of them. Great purchase!

I normally buy rings for the back of my phone then tried pop sockets and now this. At first I didn’t like it because I couldn’t figure out a comfortable way to hold it but after a few days I started loving it. It hold up my iPhone 11. I love that this stand can be put anyway on the table and it actually holds it steady! I don’t think I can ever go back to anything else.

I purchased this for indoor use for occasional use. It was inexpensive and feels flimsy, but it does get the job done easier than stacking a pile of boxes to make an ad-hoc stand. The adjustment knobs/levers feel cheap, but given the price and my only occasional use, it's acceptable. I wouldn't trust this tripod outside on a windy day or on non-level ground with an expensive camera -- it simply doesn't feel heavy enough for my comfort/trust level to use with expensive equipment.

This is the first time I’ve been unhappy with an item I purchased on Amazon. The Bluetooth remote did not pare to my iPhone 7 consistently. I could not get it to pare to an iPhone 11 at all. I had it connected at one point, before I left for a vacation at the Grand Canyon, but was unsuccessful in the connection process when I reached my vacation destination. Very disappointing. The tripod and selfie stick worked well with the timer function on my phone but the whole point of purchasing this particular product was the Bluetooth remote.

The remote control, tripod mount possibility, and overall features and quality are quite good at this price rate.Zoom and pan/tilt works rather good!Sound quality is ok, but not amazing.To get proper color and highlight adjustment, you will need to flash the most recent firmware to the webcam.I contacted Nexigo support for this, and they responded quickly with both firmware and software for flashing.However, they did not provide me with the most recent firmware.They sent me firmware from May 7th. The most recent, that I know of, is from June 15th.That I had to get from a youtube reviewer. (Search for Low Dough Tech Nexigo N940 Firmware Fix, the link for the firmware BIN-file is in the description for the video)Overall: Quite good and bang for bucks... Once you've updated the firmware.

Products are what their price point suggests. You get a lot of accessories and yet a few of them seem to slip through quality control. I mean several items were great, but a few of the mating pivot connections were a little tight to put together. I really am glad i bought the set but there a few items I am now looking to replace. Like the tripod. It worked great for a while but the plastic didn't want to last or take much stress. Don't get me wrong it didn't abuse it, but what do you expect from the package. All in all its a great starter set for the price. Shipping was fine and packaging was good(almost everything came in a plastic baggie- so not super environmental)
