Easy to use, self explanatory, convenient touch screen. Nice video quality as well as picture clarity. Going to really test it out January 17th while on vacation snorkeling. Stay tuned! So far, so good.

I bought this camera during a flash sale and feel got decent value for the price. I've only had it a little over a week so I'm still learning how to use it.PROS: Good price for someone who's not ready to spend money on a GoPro.2 batteries and charger included.Lots of accessories included but see CONS.Lots of youtube videos online to explain operation.CONS:Difficult to figure out what each of the accessories are for.I couldn't get the recommended app - ISmart DV - to work with the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S6.Downloaded user guide could be better. The mounting instructions are all in pictures. Words would have been helpful.Included USB cable is not a data cable. I was able to use the micro USB cable from my Kindle to upload videos to my Macbook.

My son thinks this is cool and uses it to post videos to his YouTube channel. Would recommend.

Product works as advertised without any problems whatsoever. Picture and video quality were as expected and the camera has proven to be quite durable after my most recent trip to Alaska. The touchscreen display is a nice touch that may not be fore everyone but it allows for a suite of customization and options for videos (up to 4k, 30 FPS), single photos (12 MP), burst photos, and time lapses. Being able to pull up menus on one screen is definitely a lot more convenient then having to toggle through everything with one button and have that growing frustration when you accidentally go past the selection you wanted. The camera has been submerged (with and without an underwater housing) and the watertight seals proved to work as advertised. Underwater photo and video quality were as expected as well. Overall, this is a great camera for my needs although I would suggest the Session to anyone who finds the Hero models to be too large or clunky.My *only* complaint is the WiFi connectivity with the GoPro Capture application on my phone. Occasionally the camera and phone will stop talking and be unable to re-establish a connection unless 1) I click on the Capture App option in the connections menu on the camera and pray the WiFi signal shows up on my phone and/or 2) I power cycle the camera. Since I use multiple GoPros I was hoping to be able to cycle through different cameras via the app; however, this is still a work-in-progress (on my end). Likewise, it's a little more difficult to connect to this camera's WiFi via your desktop/laptop (e.g., through VLC) compared to the earlier models. However, the former is not a huge issue for me and the second is a fluff feature that isn't intended.Verdict: overall a great camera that has fit my needs exactly. If I were a prospective buyer I would be hesitant in purchasing this only because the HERO6 is around the corner (which will allegedly have better color features according to the company's CEO).

Nice little camera! (and I mean little!) It's amazing how so much gets packed into such a little space these days. Packaging for shipping wasn't the greatest. The product box was packed into the shipping box with a couple packing "bubbles" thrown in on top. product box bounced around inside shipping box very easily. The product box was packed quite well so no worries. It came with 2 batteries that had an initial charge and they charged up completely in about 45 minutes. No charger is included so beware! Only a cable that plugs into USB. These days most everyone has a phone or other device wall adapter to use. They included a card inside that says they will ship you a gift of a selfie stick and a 2 battery charger AFTER you give them a good review on Amazon. Not sure if they give it to you for a bad review, but the cam works pretty good so its just a pain to jump through hoops to get it. I almost just bought a charger on Amazon for $13. Wish I knew what all the attachments do. They have a ton included! Guess I'll have to hit the big name brand site so I can see how they are used. I popped in a 64gb card (not included) and it formatted in a couple seconds. Very simple to use controls. Wide angle lens will be nice to do YouTube videos. Waterproof case seems nice, but won't be snorkeling until Covid passes. Battery door looks like it could be a problem if you swap batteries regularly. Poor locking design so be careful. I'll just charge min in the cam most of the time. I can't see recording more than 90 minutes of video at one time. So far a good camera for the price paid.
