Don't get very loud; somewhat confusing controls

When we’re using the buds, often people on the other end tend to have difficulties hearing us.

Very Loud
Works great. The charge will keep it going for 12+ hours, but turn it down. At its lowest settings it could hurt your ears from all night.Saved us during a recent power outage!

Not very loud.
I used this for my mother who was in a hospital bed in the living room. She didn't speak very loud, so I wish it would have had a better volume on it. I did hear her every time tho.

I live in a 3 story house and we could hear it throughout the whole house.

Very loud
This is such a small unit with a very loud sound. I work night shift with 2 toddlers at home and I don’t hear them at all when sleeping.

Sound quality could be better. But a good heavy duty headset.

Make sure you turn the volume down before plugging this little guy in. Just about blasted me out of my chair.
