So I own a GoPro Hero 3+ and have lost all the accessories for it. So I was looking into getting a newer model and found that the Hero 8 GoPro's were selling for $300 I found a few 5,6,7s for about $150 but that was still a little steep for me at the time. So I found the Akaso EK7000Pro for $70 and read the reviews and watched YouTube videos and it seemed like it was a decent camera so I took the plunge and bought it.So here is my assessment of the AKASO EK7000 Pro.Build quality: The EK7000 Pro is not as well built as my GoPro Hero3+ it is lighter and made of plastic and I can see that the battery door could easily get lost or break. But overall it is a solid little camera. The Accessories that come with it are well built and as good of quality as the GoPro's.Touch screen: It is pretty good it is clear and the touch response is good. and it gives you a good representation of what you are recording.Video Quality: This Camera has very good quality. It is definitely on par with my GoPro Hero 3+ though the 4k is not True 4k the picture quality is excellent.The things I did not like about this camera are when I have it hooked up with HDMI to use as a web camera it turns off the touch screen and there is no way to turn off the overlay so you can see the HUD information...Pretty useless when you are trying to stream or do a meeting. The other thing I do not like about this is the lack of white balance control there are no advanced picture controls on the camera which makes it hard to adjust for the poor lighting in a room.I like this camera it is a good camera and works well I would recommend it to those who are not extreme sports addicts, but more for the casual person that would like a cheaper adventure camera that if lost is not that big of a deal.Hope this review helps you! We recently went on a cruise and got this camera to play with on our adventure. The picture quality is superb! We got excellent pictures on the beaches and an amazing video of our trip along the mountain pass in an open bus. Wow! What a trip and what a camera! Make sure you purchase the accessory kit to go along with this.

I bought two of these cameras and overall feel they are a great value. I especially appreciate how great the customer service is. One camera stopped working correctly and they are sending me a new one right away. The newer camera had a software issue and the customer service was easily able to push out an update to correct it.

Dominic Parker was a godsend. There was no way we could of connected this camera without his help. He spent over an hour on the phone and on our computer helping us with the install. It is nice to know that there is that kind of support available from AMCREST. My initial feelings are that the camera will provide the essential viewing I will need for my condo.

While I did read the product description, I did not fully realize how small this is. I knew the screen was 1.77" but the camera itself is not much bigger. I was disappointed in the size in relation to the cost. The resolution on the photos is not really good but my grandchildren seem to have enjoyed it. They liked the video game that is on it better than the camera.

This is a really decent camera. It has a metal mounting body, the solar panel appears to be a really high-quality panel, and the battery quality and capacity is very good, too.Physical installation of the camera took me about 15-20 minutes. Once installed I downloaded the Soliom+ app, created a Soliom account, and connected the camera to the app. All of that took me another 15-20 minutes, and I had no difficulties connecting the camera to the app. It was super easy. The app even gives you audio instructions during setup. Nice!The camera comes loaded up with three 18650 batteries, which gives you a battery storage capacity of 9000mAH. And, if you wish, you can add three additional 18650 rechargeable batteries and double the included storage capacity. However, to date, I haven’t found the need to do that. There’s a battery level monitor included in the Soliom+ app, and the battery is always full.I’ve had the camera for about a week now, and so far it has operated without an issue of any kind. It really is a great camera. However, with that said, if I *had* to complain about something, it would be the picture quality. While the picture quality is certainly very good in high definition/1080p mode, it just doesn’t knock me out. But, to be fair, I am very picky about picture quality, and there is a bit of room for improvement here.Overall, as of right now, I am very pleased with this camera setup. It’s a terrific setup. I really do like it a lot, and I think the price is fair for what you’re getting. Consequently, I have no reason to not recommend it. Just a note for anyone planning on buying this now.. We bought this camera a while back and it worked perfectly, we couldn't complain. Our internet provider has recently upgraded and now our network is solely 5g so the camera is officially dead as it is not compatible with 5g. Just be aware of the specs when purchasing.

Not a single problem! And for the price I was sure I was getting a less built flash. No... This Flash is just as functional/comparable to the Canon 430EX II Speedlight.Light, well built, and with the digital display, and easy to use function on the back... YOU Cant Beat this Flash.. TTL works seamlessly... Works off the camera, and on the camera with no problems.
