I've owned quite a few car mounts, but this one tops the list. I have a magnetic ring stand AND a wallet case on my phone. Because of this, my phone is VERY bulky and doesn't fit into most cradled mounts. This magnetic mount was a GAME CHANGER for me. No more fumbling around trying to get your phone into the cradle. Just slap that puppy onto the magnet and it will HOLD on for DEAR LIFE. I've had some close calls while driving (slamming brakes, swerving, etc.) and this bad boy was GRIPPING onto this mount.Absolutely recommend this to anyone that has a bulkier phone that may not fit in conventional car mounts.(NOTE: I DONT recommend having ACTUAL credit cards near a magnet, as they can alter the magnetic strip on credit cards. I use my case mainly for my license/ID's I use for work).

You really do get night vision out of these goggles. It's not the green vision like you see on military movies but rather the gray night vision of infrared security cameras. I think these goggles are simply a modification of IR security cam technology into a different form. If you've seen video of an IR cam, you have an idea of what you're going to get.-Resolution does not seem that great so don't expect to pick out faces or license plates. It's much worse than my security cams which are 1920x1080.-Sometimes the screen goes wonky with wavy lines.-You need 8 AA batteries to power.-Turning on/off requires long press of the power button which I really dislike because it's non-intuitive.-The display screen is pretty small so you aren't going to have much field of vision and you can quickly get a headache staring at it.Overall, this can be a fun toy to play around with for short periods of time but that's about it. With the small field of vision and the low resolution, it's not something that is going to have much useful value. If you live out in the country or go camping regularly, it could be interesting to have these when you hear strange noises outside.

I use my Akaso V50 Pro 5 to 6 days a week since 2020. In Tampa, FL people drive without a care in the world, and this cam has been a life saver a few times more than I expected.Picture quality at 1080p, be it rain or shine, picks up license plates clearly. Low light recording is fantastic, especially with a proper LED headlight upgrade. My only complaint, for the price of the cam it's a minor inconvenience, is battery life. One hour round trip on my commute to and from work requires me to charge my battery every two days. My 64 gig SD card will fill in 4 to 5 days. I could get more batteries, but I hope they will make a better battery in the future or upgrade the hardware to be more efficient with an Akaso price.Strongly recommended, price being a strong motivator, with Go Pro quality.Be safe out there, have fun, and enjoy the view.

This camera is good! Easy to install and set up. I wanted something for my driveway to use in addition to my Ring network. I think the annual cost is about the same ($30-$31). I love how it gives alerts. It captures a clear video in the day and night, and identifies the objects in it as "parked vehicle" "pet" "person walking by" "car backing in" places the item described in a color coded box on the screen and to the side cites the above. You can enlarge the video and get clear license plate numbers. It was worth the purchase! I want to buy another one for my privacy gate- security is so important these days. Oh! I forgot to mention, you can hear clearly, you can speak to persons, and even sound an alarm. The detection notifications come like a text message on your phone. I love it and will be buying another.

Very solid and high-quality 4k camera I really like how I can use it with the software that I choose. Amcrest does have their own software you can use on your phone or by going to the ip address with your web browser. I personally like using a 3rd party software called blue iris. The resolution of this 4k really makes a difference. I can completely make out license plates from anywhere on my property. The night vision is really clean and the dynamic range is very good. My house cast a large shadow across most of the front yard so the camera has to deal with a very brite sunny areas along with areas that are in shadow. Overall I'm very happy with this 4k camera and I'm planning on buying more.
