Easy to install and can be done by a novice, just like the instructions state. I bought three of these. Two of them work perfectly. The temperature reads exactly what I set it to. The third, not so much. I’m not sure if it’s the product yet or what. The temperature is reading a steady 68 degrees even though I have it set to 71. I didn’t have this issue with the old thermostat. I need to troubleshoot it. It’s only been two days so I’ll give it some time to figure it out.However, this has fixed the issue in my mother’s house, where I suspected she had a thermostat issue because her heat wouldn’t kick in. It works great now.Each took about 30 minutes to install. It would have been quicker, but I was having trouble getting them to connect to the main. By the third one I realized that the units needed to update the software. Once they went through that process, they connected no problem.
