Solid camera for video meetings
The clarity of the photo is excellent. It feels a little "wider" and pulled back than other cameras I've had, but more clear and sharp. The light is really only useful if you sit close to the monitor or in a dark environment.

Great customer service , but…
Sturdy. suction and magnet comparable or others but the clip constantly needs to be adjusted and tightened to the dashboard vent. I gave hi ratings because the seller went out of their way to send a replacement no charge. They where responsive to my concerns and followed up with emails to assure my satisfaction

Disappointed - UPDATED 12.21.21
Was really disappointed that it didn't stay attached after following the directions to the letter. It stayed attached a little over a week, the suction was good but the adhesion wasn't successful at holding my phone. Wished it would've worked.I WAS CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY ABOUT MY REVIEW. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT & ACCOMMODATING. THEY MADE A GREAT ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THEIR PRODUCT. I RECEIVED ANOTHER JUST LIKE I ORDERED AND WILL TRY THAT AFTER THE HOLIDAYS.

Amazing product and customer service.
This product is well made, sturdy and the look is stunning. The set up was easy with perfect instructions. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that's looking for a car holder. Has the option to mount on dash or clip it to the vents of your ac. Customer service went above and beyond when the sticky pad didn't stick. They sent me a replacement and sent me a wireless charger free of charge. Best customer service I've encountered. Very satisfied with this product and the company.

Resolved - Suction Cup Not Full Size of Base
The customer service team was quick to reach out and resolve my problems! Vendor provided replacements that resolved the issue.The suction cup on the original device I received was not large enough to fully support the device and the weight of the phone. The replacement is much better.
