It broke fast but great customer service.
Edit to add: this company has amazing customer service reached out right away and sent a new product.I had high hopes when opening the package. Everything looked nice. But within 3 weeks the button on the back to make it fit the phone broke.

Quality
First one I had ended up having an issue with release button. Contacted seller and received replacement within a few day. Using this with a 13 Pro Max and is very sturdy doesn't bounce around like others.

Doesn’t stick well, receive a new one
It doesn’t to the glass once it doesn’t it doesn’t holdUpdate was contact from customer service and sent out an replacement it sticks better I haven’t done the window but it works better and upholds my phone steady, thank you

Broke only after a couple of weeks. Seller replac
I loved it at first, but then the button that opens the arms to remove the phone broke and would not open.Once the seller found out that mine broke, they immediately reached out to me and replaced my complete order and added an extra gift. Very impressed with them.

Good product, really too early to tell though
All dashes are rounded these days. Most people will have to put on windshield or use vent clip.

Great customer service
When I first got it I had a problem with the adhesive suction cup, But customer service was great I was informed the lil black suction cup isn’t for leather, but it worked great on my window, they also sent me another brand new set free of charge and I really appreciate that, they went above and beyond, I normally don’t write reviews unless I’m upset so this is a big deal I’ll definitely recommend this product and others who need a strong sturdy holding mount for phone, thank you Vanmass!!

Love it
My buddy had this in his car and it looked good so I bought one and it works great. It’s not even mounted on a completely flat surface but yet it still works great.
