This monitor is so freat. My son has one and highly recommended for soooo many reasons, from privacy to the sound quality and portibility. This is a great value and is so simple to set up and use, just plug and go. Comes with an extra charging cord to put in living room or kitchen. Like the extra lenses to give you flexibility, I will tell anyone i know thats having a baby or needs a new monitor that this is the one to go with.

This worked great in my office. It's not as loud as some of the other brands other people use within our space.

I should have bought this a long time ago! It was easy to install, under ten minutes. During installation, we accidentally closed the door with the backup battery pack locked inside the room. The batteries we had in must have been low, because the keypad would not respond. So we were completely locked out, and the lock was so well built we could not break in lol. My boyfriend came up with a genius solution, he ran an AC adapter into the port where the backup battery goes. It powered it so we could enter the master code to get back in. Now it is installed and programmed (with fresh batteries), and we love it! Hopefully this will help anyone else who has this problem.Customer service also impressed me. Before my boyfriend figured out how to power the lock, I emailed them explaining what happened and attached a screenshot of my Amazon order to verify I actually bought it. Ten minutes later they emailed me back with the instructions to get in without destroying my door. I didn't expect a quick response on a Saturday, but they did it! Finally I can leave my house and not have the kids helping themselves to my things!
