A worthy upgrade
First off, I wouldn’t trust it to not break in a rough environment. I got the plastic housing to keep it safe. Also, the battery life is trash unless you turn off WiFi, voice listening, GPS AND format any card you put in it. I put a brand new card in and it worked but the battery would still go from 100% to 60% overnight. Formatted the card in the camera and now it’s fine. Battery lasts for days while off.

Love August but not sure about this one
Okay overall I love August locks. They are affordable and easy to use and connect to cellphones, wifi and Google Home. Pro: the wifi set is a good price. Con: when I’m parking downstairs because the GPS thinks I’m home, it will automatically open my condo door. This feature doesn’t make me feel safe so I had to turn off the Auto Unlock. I ended up just using the older version of this lock and stick with Bluetooth.

Safe Nap
I purchased a DXR-8 monitor to use when my granddaughter stays at my house. It gives me great comfort to know she is safely sleeping. I keep the monitor next to me and move it room to room. I don't have to disturb her and yet I can see and hear her at all times. I certainly provides me with a sense of peace.

Worth the Money! Amazing baby monitor!
This baby monitor is amazing!!!! We had purchased a different WiFi monitor which does not even compete with the Infant Optics DXR-8!!!! This monitor has such a crystal clear picture mixed with high quality sound. The night vision is wonderful. I feel safe to leave my son sleeping in his room knowing this monitor is such high quality!

Quick response time
We had a WiFi monitor before that was slow to update on just about everything. This thing is light years faster and more reliable so far in the short time we've been using it. Battery life is great so far (only been a week). Excellent product that is keeping our child safe throughout the night!

This the best baby Monitor we have purchased till date. It’s secure and safe .It’s cam quality and battery life is great too. Bang for bugs!

I love the piece of mind provided by using this camera. This product is secure (minimized threat of outside interference or hacking). It's easy to use, easy to set up, and provides sufficient monitoring. I definitely recommend.
