Great drone and great customer service (Abby)
Absolutely love this Drone. I upgraded from the F11 Pro and I'll tell ya, the Gim is legit. When I opened the package there was only one battery in the carrying case which was a bummer (I'm sure it was just a mistake), so I contacted customer support and they were great. I dealt with Abby and she not only sent me another battery but sent 2 more for my troubles. Unbelievable customer service.

Love the mount ! Im an LTL TRUCK DRIVER so my phone has been in and out and traveled many miles in this holder and im very pleased! I Did run into one small issue and HELEN in customer service has helped me quickly and efficiently, I will be looking to purchase this mount for my other vehicles due to the overall quality durability and gold star

At first the product wasn’t Going to work with the thickness of my phone and pop socket so I had to return it, also the shape of my dashboard. Someone reached out to me and offered help, and I greatly appreciated that. Super nice, and understanding!

Followed the instructions and it fell off. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. It is important to wait THREE days after mount placement before using. After waiting the 72-hr. period I had greater success with the product.

The phone holder is very well built. The adhesive failed 3-days after installation. So I am now using the air vent clip. UPDATE. The supplier contacted me an offer an replacement. Great customer service. Reaching out to the customer and makeing it right. Thank you.

I removed my unit from the dash.would not stay stuck.Contacted VANMASS and had a replacement in a week.If I remove it again I will leave the suction cup attached to the dash.
