Initially worked really well, but after four months it’s broken and won’t switch off. Having read the other reviews it seems this is a fake.

We use this every night and during every nap. I love that it can hook onto the crib or car seat and that it can lock so that baby can’t mess with the volume. We have it set on the “ocean” setting and I don’t mind it at all! I have gotten to the point where I don’t even notice it’s on. It’s very relaxing for my babe and I highly recommend this machine to anyone.

Works well but we bought as a temporary noise machine for our son until he shares a room that already has one & charging it everyday or so is a pain.We own a standard dohm noise maker & just ordered another one to replace this dohm hushh so we can just plug it in.This will work best for travel & on the stroller, etc, but not good for everyday use.

 I’m already a fan of Bose for their headphones, and I didn’t expect an ear bud to have this much noise cancellation. Great stuff!

Bought in April, and already packed up!! Absolute load of rubbish!!

We purchased this baby monitor from registry about 2 years ago. We regularly use it, and find it to be reliable most of the time for our needs. The monitor stopped charging, despite trying a new battery and charging cord. I felt disappointed given that we have only had it a couple of years. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received. I explained the problem and what trouble shooting we did, and despite being outside of the warranty date (1 year) they agreed to replace it at no cost and requested we send it in. I submitted this claim Monday this week, mailed it off Wednesday, and received the replacement monitor today Friday. Excellent customer service by Kristine made me more likely to purchase their products in the future.

I really like this thing in theory... it's compact, has a nice clippy thing to attach to things (like a car seat), and the sound options are all great (two white noise options, one ocean option which is nice for the grown ups). I also really like the nightlight which is not too bright and very useful.However, the drawbacks have made this machine into a fallback option. It takes wayyyy too long to turn on. You're holding the button for at least three full seconds and then waiting another two for it to actually turn on. I realize this is a device for kids so maybe that feature will be appreciated when the baby gets older but for now it makes the nap and bed time routines excruciating.I could deal with the annoying power button if the machine weren't slowly dying after only a month or so. We do use it constantly.... but still. It's so quiet now I have no choice but to buy a different machine intended for adults that will hopefully last a little longer.With only a few tweaks this product could be superb. I think if we were using it only occasionally it would be ok, but babies need a lot of white noise!
