Only one problem makes it a 4 star.
Absolutely love this phone mount for my car. Everything about it is excellent except the ball joint. Maybe i just got a loose one... I have a Samsung S9+ with a super slim rubber protector and the ball joint won't hold it up where i set it. Within 2 minutes it's fallen all the way down when I'm driving and I'm constantly resetting it up so i can see my phone. To be clear it's almost perfect.

The only one that fit a phone with OTTERBOX.
This holder is amazing! Very sturdy and quite heavy (8+ oz.). You can adjust it to any angle, landscape or portrait mode. Can't believe all the features it has for this price! Ratchets when you pinch to close, and the button releases it as if it were electric!Tripod is sturdy. Reminds me of a microscope stand in the 50s. My phone with "faux Otterbox" weighs 10+ ounces, and even in landscape mode, this holder shows no signs of tipping or sliding.A perfect gift for anyone with any type of phone. Great stocking stuffer. At steal at twice the price!(Could set up as a video cam)See pics..

Only one bluetooth connection at a time
Love this however it won't allow more than one blue tooth connection at a time. If my husband has it connected to his phone but not playing any music apps, I can't connect & play music from my phone. He has to disconnect his blue tooth from it so I can connect & play

Louvre-style phone holder
A louvre-style style holder is only tyle that would work in my car, and this one works perfectly for me.

Only one drawback! Not for phones with cases that
Great product ...and excellent suction/adhesive under California heat and hot weather! It stayed attached to glass!!Minus One Star. only because l had to remove my daily use "wallet/phone case with ring holder" and had to placed a flat thin phone cover for it to fit the cradle IF phone cradle had an opening or not solid back ..it be AWESOME , so l wouldn't need to carry a purse.

Good light only one issue
Light is good only issue is the clip blocks front camera on the iPhone a little. You can still see the image it just cuts off a small portion of the bottom of the image.

I was the only one that had light!
This is an ingenious product. My complex had an interruption in our power supply for 1 hour and I was the only person with " electrical" light shining in their apartment. Great product and it gives off great light. Would recommend.

These speakers are great. Only one problem--
I am normally a very careful person but was trying to get the twist tie off the cord which was tangled in the plastic wrapper. Couldn't find the end so decided to cut the plastic off. One snip and to my horror I had cut one of the cords to the speakers. When you do something stupid nothing to do but laugh. The one that plays does have good sound.
