Did not work with Skype on Windows 10 app
Camera works with other apps, just does not work with Skype on Windows 10. After spending time troubleshooting, the issue seems to be Skype.I made sure I had the latest version of Skype. I made sure Skype was the only application that was supposed to use it. Then I opened it up to other apps. It did not work with Skype app in any scenario I tried.I am using GTX 960 video card with AMD Ryzen 5 1600. All my drivers are up to date.It does work with Zoom and other apps. And it does work with Skype over the internet, just not as the app.

Works in Linux Skype
This camera is 100% compatible with UVC drivers in Linux. Works in Skype (Gentoo 64-bit with emul-x86 libraries + Skype). Can even record in 1280x960.All my co-workers noticed considerable quality difference with me vs others on Google+ hang out, with mine being the highest.

Skype Kamera
Die Kamera entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen. Die angeschlossene Beleuchtung(LEDs) leuchten das Bild sehr gut aus. Die Kamera überträgt die Bilder einwandfrei und der Ton lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Daher meine vollste Kaufempfehlung.

Great for Skype
I love this camera, and used it with skype. Used it when my husband was in Korea for a year and got a ton of use out of it. Now we use it with the grandparents and kids. Works great and quality is good. My husband always complained that it wasn't good enough, but I think he just wanted me there.

Good with Skype
I'm so pleased with this product that I encouraged my daughter in California to purchase the same model. It's easy to learn, interactive and fun to use.

Great for Skype!
I bought this to use for music lesson skyping during the pandemic. The tripod works perfectly for that as I cannot hold the cell phone and the instrument at the same time. It holds my Samsung S7 very securely. I have not used the remote so cannot comment on that.
