Good, minor problems
This is a very good product. Howeer, it has a couple of irritating problems. 1) there is a 5-10 second lag between the time you turn an exterior switch on and 2) the dimmer aspect is a bit awkward. The instructions that came with the light had no information on how to work the dimmer.

Awesome, minor issues
I love these speakers, the only issue i had is that the kept having a distortion occasionally. I thought it was my Bluetooth at first, but I tried several differnet devices and still had the same issue. I would buy to try again. The sound was incredible though when it did work.

Some minor issues
I bought this keyboard for the second time, as I enjoyed my first very much. However, this one has many issues that the other one didn't. For example, the keys sound much quieter than the one I had prior, and the lettering for some keys is already worn down right out of the box. The back-lighting could also be an issue for some people, as you have to be at a certain angle in order to get the full effect. Otherwise, all the keys work fine and the media keys work so its not that bad a keyboard for its price.

Love it, minor issues
Overall this device ended years of complaining by my neighbor who excepted SILENCE after she went to bed at 9pm. I turn it on around her bedtime & now I can live my life, watch TV, do laundry or dishes, & talk on the phone without her hearing a thing. She can hear it through the wall, but the sound puts her to sleep! I had spent a lot of money trying to address her complaints. I finally have my apartment back!

Solid with minor gripe.
Only thing I could complain about is the button to release the phone which either requires you to place your thumb on the phone screen to press it or use 2 hands. Not a big deal at all really just me being petty. Other than that it has a good weight (could have used just a bit more on the base) and a solid hold on the phone. I currently use a iPhone 6s and iPhone 12 pro. Works for both pretty good.

Improved with minor issues
Overall I love the buds pro. The battery life is considerably less than my buds plus. The fitment, sound quality, and noise canceling are all great.

Fantastic! - with minor concerns...
I have used several other products, and this one is BY FAR the most effective. The magnet is exceedingly strong and holds very well - I have no fear whatsoever of the phone falling off the ball, even in the bumpiest ride. I have even tried dash mounts that clamp onto the phone that don't hold as well as this product. The magnet, while strong, does not interfere with the functionality of the phone itself - like other products I have tried. The design of the ball itself and the magnet on the phone is unobstrusive and almost cute. The only reason I cannot give this product 5 stars is that they haven't found a way for the phone to stay in one place on the ball; over time and because of the vibration of/bumps in the road, the phone occasionally moves towards the bottom of the ball when travelling. If not for that, I would give this product 8 stars!!!!
