Good quality overall and worth the money if you need a good cam for your zoom meeting.Frustrated first when first using it in zoom since the video quality was bad and not even as good as the Mac’s built-in cam. However, later I figured out it was zoom’s setting’s problem they would lower your cam quality by default so just make sure to check your setting. Also, once you downloaded their ankerwork software, you can adjust a lot of settings abt ur cam.Overall, if you are looking for a good webcam and have the budget this is a good choice

Delivered in a reasonable time, considering post office delays at the moment. Camera looks new, all parts included, "Ikea-style" instruction sheet but no advice that it will not work without first downloading the control software from Logitech. If I hadn't gone online to register it for the warranty, and discovered the download, i was all set to return it as it was definitely not Plug 'n' Play and appeared nonfunctional out of the box on two different PCs.Once working, very relieved and pleased with it's abilities both sound and vision. If you know "the secret", it's a very good webcam.

I originally purchased the Guffo webcam but was unhappy with the picture quality so decided to try the Logitech, wish I had purchased this in the first place (although to be fair there was an availability problem at the time). The picture is perfectly acceptable for Zoom calls etc. and I found it easy to get the lighting levels correct (the light comes from a window to the side and from a ceiling light behind me so I have to use a lamp on the desk otherwise I am in the shade). It doesn't have autofocus but this is not an issue.My only gripe is the mounting does not clamp to my monitor but other cameras have similar mounts so this is a problem I would face whichever camera I used, I solved this by using a small piece of 3M Dual-Lock fastening tape.Others have had driver issues but mine just plugged and played, worked first time.

Just got this today, opened it up and plugged it in to my PC to check how it measured up to my pos I was using before. And it honestly surprised me. This thing is actually WORSE. Firstly, this thing can't seem to render a 1080p image to save its life. At best the image is a 720p, and at worst it's a 480p image. And if that sounds weird, this was just from checking the cam, not a call or anything that could be influenced by an internet connection. The light on the front got me kinda excited because I tend to have lighting issues for my setup. Somehow, this light makes the image even worse to look at. It displays artifacts all over the image as we'll. Oh, and 60 frames per second? Bs to the finest degree. This thing can maybe output 20 frames if the conditions happen to be JUST right. Returning immediately, not even worth $20.UPDATE!!!So after having returned the device shortly after recieving it, I put it behind me as a waste of time, however, after several months, the company reached out to me to make amends and offered to send me a new webcam. Honestly, at first I didnt really want to. The first one was honestly so bad that having another bad webcam would be a waste. But after several more emails later, I caved in and gave them my address so they could send it to me. I figured that I could give it to a friend who wants to pick up streaming. When I recieved the box, I first noticed that it had been opened and resealed, which put me off at first, but I chock it up to quality assurance ( although it should have been done before packaging in the first place) After setting it up which took minimal effort, I was taken back by how much better it was performing compared to my original camera. A clean 1080p image, 60fps, albiet a bit zoomed in, but over all a good device, especially considering how bad the original was. So Im changing my original score from 1 star to 3. Docking points for the clearly tampered packaging and the company's insistance on changing the review after I recieved it. Just putting this out there, since I know you read mediocre reviews Nexigo. Trying to to persuade your clients to leave favorable reviews of your product diminishes the importance of reviews to other customers or potential customers. Make sure your product is good and the positive reviews will make themselves forthcoming. Thank you again for the webcam

The first four images are video snapshots using OBS or Streamlabs OBS. The others were still images captured using Bandicam.I wanted to use the webcam a bit before writing a review. I was looking for a mid-range webcam for a while and this one was highly recommended. I would still say it's a great camera for the cost, but it takes a little extra setup for the best use depending on its purpose.I primarily got this to stream/record from my drawing desk. It works really well in catching detail and the color balance is great. I tend to do a lot of streaming at night, and the room I am currently in doesn't have the best lighting situation. I have a lamp which really blows out my surface depending on paper finish and stuff. My light pencil sketches barely showed up (image 3). I tried compensating by lowering the brightness/exposure, which thankfully didn't affect the midtones too much. Image quality quickly improved when I got to darker materials or color and could therefore up the brightness again. I have been working with light diffusion and repositioning the lamp, which improved the image in test runs.My first stream showing webcam while gaming also worked well. I didn't notice any performance issues with my computer and everything seemed to sync up well. In the past I have used my point and shoot to make announcement videos, but I feel comfortable with using this webcam going forward.I haven't used the internal mic because I have a headset, so I can't report on that. I try to keep autofocus turned off, because I know some cameras are infamous for handling it poorly. Other than that I wish the camera handled brighter light and contrast or levels better.My one really big complaint with this camera is the cord length. The description says 5 feet, which I think is correct. However, I may need a USB extension cord because it barely reaches the mount on my desk, and has a hard time reaching the middle of my main monitor. The wire is also set in, so I couldn't swap it with a longer cord I already have.Final thoughts: This is my first external webcam, but I highly recommend it! I just need to work on my lighting.

I had a webcam for the last few years which I thought was HD. When I plugged this in, first and foremost it worked instantly with my Mac. No downloads, no software... it just worked. The picture is amazingly clear with true-to-life lighting and color. What stunned me the most was the wide angle that this camera produces. It shows about 50-75% more than the old camera did. I think it's great, but if you work at home and you're upgrading and don't want people to see where you're working - it could be a problem. But for me, I'm loving it! Great product and a really awesome price.

Did a test run and everything works great on my Mac Mini computer. Camera is combination of plastic and metal.Logitech's Tech Support is hit or miss. First person there told me the webcam was plug and play but when that didn't work, I called again and another person informed me that I had to download the software which I did and it performed flawlessly.One note: item description says Mac O/S compatible but packaging only references Windows which was the reason for my call to Logitech's Tech Support Dept.

Baby monitor looks and works great. Clear image and night vision, and monitor volume is plenty to keep tabs on our new baby. I appreciate the ability to pan the camera remotely, and like the fact that it is a closed-circuit (not webcam), so helps ease my privacy concerns.Also, I have to say that Eufy customer service is great! My first monitor had a defect, and I received a prompt response to my email letting me know that a replacement monitor was on the way in the mail.Thank you!
