Worked Straight out of the Box
I decided to purchase the NexiGo web camera after reading all the reviews. This is such a great buy and reasonably priced for a web camera. You just plug in and play. I have set both Zoom and Teams audio settings so that the webcam is the main speaker and he audio quality is great. Do not hesitate to purchase.

Great customer service!
The suction cup didn't stick, so after messaging the seller, they not only tried to troubleshoot based on how I installed, but sent out a replacement immediately! Very pleased now with the product and support.

fantastic customer support
I had bought this to replace my vent mount. When I originally received the item the part that you actually put the phone in was missing. So I contacted support with the issue to see if I could just get that part and the woman (Helen) who helped me was so nice and shipped out a completely new one to me! No issues with it! I have a textured dash and the suction cup works on it!

Great Customer Service
****UPDATE****Customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement. They explained that the suction cup has a max heat and they also did a partial refund for the trouble. Thankful for the replacement and that they went above and beyond making sure I was a satisfied customer! I will definitely purchase again from them in the future!!This was purchased in may and now I can’t return it. The suction cup and adhesive cannot stand the Texas heat. Now it won’t stay and keeps falling off. I have a sun shade for my windshield to minimize the heat on the desk/car and that didn’t help. Even without my phone in it the phone holder will still lose its suction and fall. Scary when it fell why I was driving and lucky it didn’t get wedge under my foot/gas pedal.

Great product
Absolutely amazing customer service from Vanmass! The best I have ever seen. I had a warranty issue with a product I purchased and the kind, helpful service I received was unbelievable. They sent me an upgraded replacement within one day. How I was treated was impressive to say the least.

Nice design - well made
Works great. Actually able to use the suction cup alone without having to use the adhesive plate.
