Perfect webcam
This webcam is great. It's easy to connect and works with zoom, Messenger, etc. The light feature really enhances the picture. Love it!

Great webcam, terrible software
The hardware quality is amazing. 5/5 stars here, no complaints. Unfortunately, the software that is required to use it to stream (logitech's) takes up a ridiculous amount of CPU power (10-20% of my i5500k) and also randomly takes pictures, records videos, and changes scenes (and I know I'm not pressing the hotkeys because they're all alt+something and I never touch my alt key).

Change the zoom feature
Works great. Exactly how i pictured. Although im not the biggest fan of having to hold the IR buttons to zoom. Sometimes the zoom "floated" past the magnification level I desired if I held one of the IR buttons down for too long. But still very navigable despite this small flaw. I feel as if making the zoom feature completely separte from the IR level buttons and have its own dedicated controls would be an easy fix. Like a dial behimd the left hand lens so that the zoom and focus features could be used together with ease or separately with minimal user hand movement.

Excellent Cam
I use this for all my zoom work calls. One issue is that the software doesn't work with the latest Mac version. I was required to purchase 3rd party software for $8.99. The software works great...but every time a zoom call starts...my video starts out super Red and then immediately warms up to the correct color and lighting. I'm sure software updates will correct that.

Excellent product
All good for a great price. Download the software from Logitech for a zoom and blur background features.
