Basic and high quality
Ok, I've been using my company webcams and even my personal laptop webcams which are surprisingly 420p and 720p respectively.Meetings, where I can show myself with higher image quality, has indeed helped in people seeing my smaller facial expressions I naturally do, to create a more relaxing and learning environment.Even the mic quality is on par with my older work laptop, and close enough to my personal, newer, laptop.(of course for more important meetings, I set up my dedicated Mic)Now, the fill light. Strongest setting was awesome when the outside light was hitting behind me, to cover my face well, which also means higher image quality (like photography).Medium setting was great for all rounder - cloudy day, to a room not well lit. I even tilt the camera downwards sometimes to use the lights as my "lamp" instead of blasting a big lamp.Low setting is perfect for dark room and setting up a small accented light on your face, and the background black.All-in-all, i love this thing. The best!
This was my entry level camera it was so easy to use on the one setting and as I explored the other setting on what they could do I was soon a novice and really enjoying my new passion and hobby.

Support technician was excellent.Setting up the camera on different devices and browser can be a little fussy, but tech support will get you through it quickly and effectively.

Helpful Technical Support
I had a bit of a hard time setting this up but gave the support number a call and got tremendous support in setting up my two camera's with a specialist named Melanie. I still have to play around with the app and all of it's functions but with the support of the amcrest team, this was much easier to set up than by myself and the wait on the phone was well worth it.

Had some trouble setting up my ProHD 18080P, so I called the US based customer service phone number. I was connected with Trevor Quinn, who methodically and clearly helped me through the set up process. After a relatively short time, Trevor has it up and running and even went through setting up the app and camera on my phone. The customer service was excellent, much like the ProHd 1080P camera. So happy with the purchase and AMCREST brand.

Gets the job done
Great camera but don’t like the delay to my phone. Who ever is at my door has a good 10-15sec of not getting picked up with the motion detector. I have the setting up and correct and my home internet is great. Over all it gets the job done

Perfect for outdoor lighting
This was great for setting up automatic timers for my Christmas lights last year.
