It’s basic and does what’s needed. The only think I don’t like about it is that the port is in the front. It’s inconvenient and doesn’t make sense. But doesn’t interfere with function.

The media could not be loaded.
After the first attempt with another lock brand/company that was an absolute fail and waist of money, we checked online and ordered this one. HANDS DOWN, extremely easy to set up, clear instructions that were step by step for the whole process including the app so there is no room for error. All items are labeled and there is no guessing involved and came with more keys than the last piece of crap that we ordered. Another great feature, you don’t have to dismantle the whole thing to replace the dang batteries. (0 stars on the Alexa feature because I have yet to try that)Cheers!!

We bought this camera before a trip to Aruba so we could use it while scuba diving. The camera was easy to setup and use once we got the hang of it. The video feature worked perfect. Any photos we took did not turn out at all. Exactly what we wanted for the trip tho. Will probably let our kids use it at pool parties now.

The security camera is easy to set up once the QR scans. Connecting the base was tricky but well worth the addition cost to run the system. I don't miss anything going on around my house. Peace of mind in Arlo.
