Speaker drops for no reason, good when it's working
The webcam is fine most of the time, but then the speaker just stops randomly with no warning. It might be four times a week or four times in one day. I would like to return it, but maybe it's too late to do that now.

USB-C cable only.
Haven't tried the camera yet as I'm trying to connect it to an older laptop. The camera only comes with a USB-C connection so you will need a USB-C (female) to USB (male) adapter if you want to run it on older stuff. I ordered one for less than $10 so it's not a big deal.

Very nice!
Super camera--very easy to set up, has worked flawlessly day and night. Excellent color rendition and sharp photos in daytime, nice nighttime shots as well. Great for keeping watch on the critters on our acreage.Add: Still using this camera daily, nearly 24/7. Perfect operation, outstanding photos, good battery life. Excellent!

Properly remembers field of view settings
This is a great camera in about every respect, but what I wanted it for is the narrow field of view (mainly to hide clutter!). I wish this were a physical switch, but at least the camera remembers what you set which is the next best thing. Great low light performance, good autofocus, and it is much less ugly than a c920.

Good picture quality with some dection issues
Following the steps on the manual, the setup up was smooth. Then the first camera I ordered was bricked during the first firmware update.The replacement is up and running without issues. I set the camera only to detect pet motion. Ironically it sometimes has mistaken me for a pet. LOL.The picture quality is certainly better than a 1080p cam.

Baby monitor
This camera is great! I love being able to see and hear my babies when they wakes up. I have two cribs in one room and I’m able to turn the camera while they’re sleeping to check on both of them. It never wakes them up. There is a red light that it puts off at all times though.

Best Little 4k Webcam from Logitech yet
I love this little thing, I mostly use it for signing in using Window's Hello. (I love that so much) and the camera's video quality is so good. I love using it. Not only that but the camera works with Ghub too. A lot of logitechs cameras do but its a very nice addon feature for me.

Exactly what you'd expect!
The camera video is great! The ability to move and view other areas was very responsive from the app. The image has it inside as a trial while waiting to get the outside socket set up. If you have a situation where there is an extra bulb socket to add this camera to that can say on seperate from your lights, it is a great add.
