Upgrade your Zoom meetings
This is a great way to upgrade your presence on Zoom video meetings. The video and sound are better than from a cellphone or laptop. The installation is easy using a single USB port. The clever bracket fits nicely over the top of a video screen. The wide angle image is clear and adjusts to various lighting conditions. The magnetic cover for the camera lens adds a level of privacy. Participants in my meetings say the microphone voice quality is excellent. The two small speakers limit the tonal range of the sound. So, if these are the only speakers on your computer. you may be disappointed when using them to play music.

Good alternative to a go pro helmet/dash camera
Over the last year i've only used this as a motorcycle helmet camera and seen some use as a truck dash camera. It's actually a really well put together, rather clean recording camera with a bit of a learning curve (some of the default settings will make the camera act wonky and getting to settings isn't difficult but not intuitive)For those looking to use this in the same manner as I have, I only have 1 major gripe with this camera:- Removing the battery for any reason resets the date and time to 1/1/2019 00:00 and will remain there unless you manually reset the clock each time you reinstall the battery. This makes it hard to sort through videos from time to time when looking for recordings and the incorrect timestamp also could become a liability if you were to have to pull footage for legal reasons (ex: going to court for an auto accident, which I havn't had to yet [knock on wood]). All other setting seem to stay the same from what I can tell.

good monitor, uses non-usb charging cables
Moonybaby EMF Reduction Baby Monitor with Remote Pan Tilt Camera, QuadView 50, 20 Days Battery Life, 5" HD 720p, No WiFi, Split Screen, 1000ft Range, 2-Way Audio, Lullabies, VOX/Voice ActivationThe Mooneybaby split-screen monitor comes packaged in a retail cardboard box with pictures of the product and the usual retail information on the back.Opening the box, the instruction manual is right on top. The instruction manual is quite thick, but that's because it's in multiple languages. The actual instructions are only a few pages per language. Underneath that, is the camera and the monitor screen cushioned well in recyclable molded cardboard padding. I like that they're using recyclable materials in this, as too many manufacturers are still using Styrofoam. There are also three small white boxes. Opening those, two of the boxes have the power supplies for the unit and the third box has a small brown paper envelope. Inside the brown paper envelope are a couple of screws in case you wish to mount the camera on a wall and not just sit it there. The power supplies for the unit seem to be fairly identical in output, even though they're physically a bit different. The larger power supply with the wall transformer adapter molded in will put out 2000 milliamps at 5 volts and the smaller one puts out 1,000 milliamps at 5 volts. I was a little disappointed to see that these are bayonet-style connections and not USB-type. Many manufacturers of smaller devices are using USBs for their connections, so the power supplies are more adaptable. That's not the case here.Looking at the instructions, they say to use the smaller power supply for the camera and the larger power supply is for the monitor side. The camera can only operate wow! Hooked up to power, but the" parental unit" has a built-in battery so that it doesn't have to be plugged in all the time. The instructions recommend charging the monitor unit for at least 3 hours before using it for the first time.Looking at the camera, when I picked it up, the camera part seems loose from the base and even rattled a bit when I picked it up. That may just be a bit of looseness in the powered gimbal because this camera is supposed to be able to pan and tilt. There is a rubberized antenna tail sticking up from the back along with a small pigtail of wire. I suspect that the small pigtail of wire is the actual antenna and not the rubber tail sticking up. The bottom of the camera has an on/off switch and a pairing button as well as cutouts for the speaker and keyhole slots for screws should you wish to mount this to a wall.Setting the camera in another room for a test run, as soon as the camera was plugged in, it paired immediately with the receiver without having to press the pairing button. The camera is crisp and clear in daylight and the colors are vivid. The sound through the camera to the monitor is pretty clear. Listening on the monitor, but trying to use the monitor and talk through the camera. The sound seemed to drop and was garbled on the camera end. The tilt and pan worked well, and I noticed that with the painting it's possible to go both directions and see a little more than 360°. Even though the monitor has a button that says menu/zoom, it appears that you cannot assume this camera. Reading through the instructions did not mention A zoom, function so this unit may not have it. [even though it mentions a digital zoom function on the outer box]I'm pretty happy with the way this unit functions, other than the power supply. I believe the manufacturer should make it a bigger priority to update the power supply connections to a USB rather than this proprietary pin-type power connection. Using a USB would increase its versatility. In addition, the link to the power chords on either unit is about 2 m long which also limits its positioning, depending on how many outlets you have, and where you wish to put it.

Waterproof, high resolution, a glitch, good custom
The V50 Elite is slightly smaller than I anticipated, which is a good thing. It is easy to work but took a little practice aiming at my subject matter with a snorkel mask and my contacts in. The camera case was 100% waterproof and my camera stayed dry during several days of use in the water.Still photos came out crisp and beautiful. The video function initially worked well but after a couple of days I encountered problems recording them. It seemed like it was recording but when I went to transfer them, they were all only 1 second long. I also had the camera freeze up a number of times, this was remedied by taking the battery out and putting it back in.I called AKASO support and was connected immediately with a very pleasant representative who asked a couple of questions and willingly offered to overnight a mailing package for a return and to replace the camera. I understand that this type of product can have some issues from time to time and am happy with the no hassle service provided. I am very hopeful that my replacement camera will function as it should.

Quick and flawless installation on Windows 11
Last month I bought a new HP Spectre x360 laptop with Windows 11 already installed. The HP webcam (HP True Vision HD Camera) is good but not fantastic. Best Buy had run out of the BRIO in the store, so I ordered it on Amazon, and it arrived 2 days later. There were no driver or software problems during the setup and installation. I needed to disable the HP True Vision HD Camera for the BRIO to take over as the default camera, and after a reboot and Windows update the BRIO handled everything - facial recognition for login when booting up, running in Zoom, etc. Then I installed the LogiTune app and set the camera angle and other settings to my preferences. The camera has a solid build. The attachment arm works well and easily varies to latch onto the top edge of the laptop display screen. From reading earlier posts there may have been some driver issues initially, but they seem to have been resolved at this point for Windows 11. No complaints, only delighted with this webcam, which is well worth the money.

impressive security camera for outdoor without wir
This is one impressive and sophisticated outdoor security camera system that does not require wiring or monthly subscription fee yet it has all the bells and whistles that are found in much more expensive units with subscription fee. If you are looking for low cost outdoor security camera setup that is easy to install without drilling holes to run the electric wires and without monthly subscription fee, you just found the perfect solution. Continue to read below to find out this is such an amazing choice for such outdoor security camera system.WHAT I LIKE:[+] It comes with 2 cameras that are wireless and runs on built-in rechargeable battery so it can be mounted virtually anywhere without any need to run the electric wires. Each camera has 9600mAh rechargeable battery that can be fully charged in 5 hours using USB-C cable.[+] Each camera has 2K resolution lens and comes with a wall mount kit and mounting templates.[+] Cameras communicate with the base station, which has built-in 32GB memory. Even if the camera has been tempered or stolen, the recorded video is stored on the base inside the house. Many other similar camera system comes with 16FB memory or you need to buy microSD card separately.[+] No need to pay for monthly subscription fee. This means once you buy this unit, you no longer have to pay anything else to have fully functional outdoor security camera forever.[+] Instant notification to your smartphone when motion is detected and easy to navigate then play recorded videos from the app.[+] Live view mode with option to take pictures and record video on demand, in addition to two-way audio call communication or use one of pre-recorded audio, which you can record as many as you want.[+] Anti-theft alarm option to sound a loud alarm when the camera is tempered or moved.[+] A great night vision recording with infrared but you can optionally configure it to turn on the spot light to record in color when motion is detected at night! Awesome feature to scare any intruders.[+] Advance feature such as Detection Zone, which allows you to draw the areas that you only want to monitor for motion. This lets you ignore any motions in areas that you don't care about such as driving by car on the street or tree moving, etc. Awesome feature.[+] Once the base has been setup using ethernet cable with router, the ethernet cable can be unplugged so that the base is also wireless other than the electric cord.[+] Up to 8 cameras can be added to the base station by purchasing more cameras separately if needed.[+] Easy to view all recorded videos by calendar or filtering based on different motion or sound. Video can be easily downloaded to your phone, if needed.[+] Great customer service. I had a problem setting up with my iPhone but the customer support was very tentative and responsive to resolve my app configuration quickly.[+] Did I mention that this unit does not incur any additional fee or money after initial purchase? :)WHAT I DON'T LIKE:[-] The camera can only be setup with the base connected to the router using ethernet cable. While the ethernet cable can be unplugged to go wireless after setting it up, it gives you warning that it might affect the performance and that it's not recommended. This is not that big of deal for me as I have router in the center of the house but it might be a problem for those who has a router in specific location far from the cameras.[-] It's great that it has 9600mAh battery but it doesn't mention real life battery life in number of days or months. I had this setup for 2 weeks in my backyard and it indicates that it has 98% battery remaining so I'm guessing it should last for few months but it's also based on how much activities are recorded and Live View mode is used. It would have been amazing if it has interchangeable battery so that I can purchase spare battery to fully charge and ready to be swapped when the one inside the battery gets to 5%.BOTTOM LINE:I would give 10 stars if I can without any reservation. This is one simply impressive and amazing outdoor security cameras in terms of quality and features, as well as long term cost. The notification to my iPhone is near instant and the app is very easy to use. I actually have Nest cameras and pay annual subscription fee but I got this camera to set it up in my backyard for security and to capture any animal intruders and I was able to see deer and racoon. I'm thinking about replacing my Nest camera with this one in front of the house when my Nest subscription ended. highly recommend this amazing security camera for those who are looking to install without wires and additional monthly fee.

GREAT HD QUALITY FOR SUCH PRICE!!!
great camera! amazing quality, size, and weight. Literally, I think it's right up there with go-pro with the quality, it may not be as PERFECT, clear and crisp as a go-pro but for the price, this camera is absolutely wow. The only downside is, NO it is NOT waterproof, but I'm sure there's something you can buy for this to make it waterproof. Operation is simple, and you can adjust almost ANYTHING on this camera with it's software interface when plugged into the computer.Great camera, great price, highly recommend for someone who needs a great quality camera for say light to maybe medium use. It supports microsd memory cards, I have a 32gb in it, I believe when you update the firmware it can support up to 64gb, someone might have to confirm that though. Battery life is good too, used for about an hour, plenty of life left. Heat sink does get hot though so watch yourself, the heat sink is the two metallic looking plates you see on the picture, they are NOT buttons.

Very Good - but learning curve for great
I bought this camera because of a recommendation by Consumer Reports. I had a 35mm SLR in the past and was looking forward to a digital SLR. My first day out, I stuck to the 'Full Automatic' mode and reviewed the photos with some disappointment. While some were very nice, others weren't. The wide range for the auto focus points often stole the focus from a more distant object to a closer one. This was not easy to overcome in full auto mode. After reading the manual I selected 'Program Mode' and was able to program the auto focus point to just use the one I wanted. These photos came out much, much better. I also played around with some of the other settings and found that the close-up mode works very nicely. I have not yet played around with some of the more technical aspects of the camera, but it gives lots of room to grow. I'm very happy with the camera and glad I bought it.Bottom Line: this is not a 'point-and-shoot' camera and should not be considered a high end replacement for one. This camera is great for a weekend photographer, or photo hobbyist. Just be prepared to spend some time learning the camera, the menus and settings. Then take a few hundred pictures and find its limitations and possibilities.

Great value for the price
If you’re looking for an affordable action camera with 4K capabilities, then this is a good buy. There are no limits to where this tiny camera can be attached and used including under water up to 130 feet. I use mine on my bicycle helmet, my forehead, my wrist and on my chest - (all attachments included). I could have spent several hundreds of dollars, but wanted to get my feet wet and see what all the hype is about (frees up your hand to keep you from having an accident). The only improvements I suggest is to buy additional batteries with dual charger, -there affordable) since they last about 35 minutes in 4K and be prepared to take the time to remove the camera from Its attachment to replace the battery. Also take the dual charger with you to recharge while using other batteries if needed. One final note: I mainly use this camera while in motion, therefore “image stabilization” is a must for me and I’m ok with this camera’s limitation requiring 30/fps instead of 60/fps while using “image stabilization”.
