Direct replacement for Manfrotto quick release
Purchase to add to used Manfrotto tripod with a ball head found on craigslist that was missing the camera mount. I used a 3/8-16 x 3/4 set screw to connect them together. Works fine.

Good for beginners
For the money this tripod is worth the purchase for beginners . I’m having a hard time moving the head , when I loosen all the knobs to allow it to move it still feels like the head pauses causing my shots to have minor stalls . It may be because I have to break it in more . I’ve used it about 5 times .

Amazing quality, sturdy and solid likena Manfrotto but 1/2 the cost. Very impressed with head mechanics and the easy of dropping legs and balancing the rig took a few minutes.

Fits MHXPRO-2W Fluid Head! With a longer bolt.
Thank you to at Paul Darwin for his review. Based on his feedback that the teeth were too small I purchased this for a different manfrotto head with smaller teeth. I purchased an MHXPRO-2W without a handle or geared teeth and took a gamble on this one. Worked great aside from the bolt being shorter than needed for that head. I went down to Home Depot and got an M6 thread bolt around 40-45mm long and it fits perfectly now.

Cavalletto Manfrotto
Un cavalletto molto stabile, pratico, facilmente trasportabile nella sua sacca anche se non è un cavalletto dei più leggeri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Manfrotto o!!
Ha tutte le caratteristiche del 190, e dello 055 , che pure possiedo. Meno ovviamente la robustezza, vista la differenza di "stazza": ovvio.Ma ritrovo tutte le caratteristiche degli altri, nella precisione dei movimenti, nella accuratezza costruttiva, nelle finiture.La differenza maggiore sta nel fatto che questo è piccoletto, e comodo da portarsi appresso in qualsiasi occasione; anche leggero il giusto. ( Non troppo, quindi).La borsa in dotazione, poi, è proprio comoda, robusta e capiente.

Solid and Versatile.
I have been using this Fluid Video Head for quite some time now and it has provided me with a good experience so far. The tilt is excellent and the pan is good. Is it better than my Manfrotto fluid head (MVH502AH)? no, but it does have two really nice features that I wish my Manfrotto had, like switching between a standard plate and a RS 2 plate and the ability to extend the handle. So if you're looking for a good video head without breaking the bank this is one to keep on your radar, the build quality is solid and it's versatile.

Great so far!
I've only had this for about a 10 days but it's everything I hoped it would be. Rock solid Manfrotto build!! I have a Manfrotto 405 3-Way, Geared Pan-and-Tilt Head but I wanted something I could make quick adjustments with, and this is it!!

good product, but not as good as Manfrotto used to
Manfrotto is still pretty good, but their quality definitely declined over the years
