Stuck Lock
It works sometimes. While making sure that the secondary lock is disengaged, the quick release base plate locking lever has a hard time unlocking sometimes.

So far so good
So far so good. I didn't think about it when I bought it but I like that has no knob or lever. The last one I had, had a protruding handle/lever that my outer glass door banged on when it closed and didn't always fully close due to the handle sticking out. My previous one had other downfalls too with the programming, etc and eventually quit working. Two observations on this one: it's a little noisy and it doesn't lock automatically. Some lock automatically when you close the door or after a period of time.

Served it's poupose
The only thing I don't like about it is that there's a lever to slide the USB part out. You just have to hold it to stick it in the USB port unless there's a way to lock it in place before, but I have not figured that out yet LOL

Great lock…when it works
Nice looking lock the green light when it works the ability to operate remotely with your phone all great but this lock is unreliable. We have a Lever by the same company that has operated now for over three years FLAWLESSLY which is why we bought this for our front door. Like I said the features are great when they work but too often this lock just failed to open for no apparent reason and I had to reset and re-install. In frustration I finally took it down and installed a simpler less featured filled but still smart lock yesterday.

lightweight
love how lightweight these are. Talking with my buddy who invested tons of money in a Vortex tripod - for just a fraction of the cost these are lighter than his AND have the lever-lock system for extending the legs, something I prefer over the twist-lock system. The head itself has a nice quick-detach mount and multiple adjustment options for angle, panning, and elevating.NOTE: only downside is that these do not extend high enough so you can use standing up, and I'm only 5'5''

Outstanding Door Lever
This thing has a good heft to it. Feels strong and looks great. As easy to install as any door knob.An instant upgrade to the bathroom!

Doesn’t stay in place
Although the suction is great for the window and it keeps the phone from falling off, the lever part that allows you to move your phone always falls down. After hitting even the slightest bump the lever will make your phone fall.

Great so far
So far I am really liking this lock, the fingerprint reader is about 80% reliable so would suggest having a code as backup. The lock is lever handles so if you have a smart pet like I do that can be a problem - I had to build my own knob handle because they do not offer a simple knob that you can use (even though the handle itself is held on by just a lag screw). Setup is pretty easy and use is as well

Cheap but gets the job done
This is by no means a "high-quality" item, but it gets the job done holding a logitech streamcam for work video conferences. The adjustment is sufficient, though I am not sure how long it would last through multiple adjustments, as the lever to tighten everything and lock it in place is not the most sturdy in the world. Overall a good product for the price though.
